one thing i disliked a lot was that there was a rat sticky pad in our room and my grand child touched it because he is young and didn’t know what it was. the staff at ricky’s was great but the lady at the continental breakfast was miserable . one thing that needs to change is in order to get a towel for the pool you need to go to the front desk. while we were there it was busy so you have to wait in line which could take 20 min or more , by the time i received my towel , my family ( who was staying in a different room) was almost ready to get out of the hot tub. i probably would not stay here again unless changes were made.

The staff was excellent. Because we are elderly we couldn't take a shower; high tub with no grab bars. Lack of elevator was a problem. Why was there no butter?
