"Wanjia Hupan (Waterfront) hotel is a smaller eatablisment near the South Lake in Changchun. Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet in the room hadn't been hoovered. The bathroom floor still had former guests hair on it. I called housekeeping (using Chinese) to let them know about my dissatisfaction. ..."
