This was a great value. I'm not one to hand out 5 stars to anything short of outstanding. The staff was professional, facilities were spotless. The gym was small but quite good and there is a restaurant and bar on both ground level and on the top floor. The room was also spacious with a nice bathroom. Lastly, the location, right in the heart of Napa, is perfect and I never once had to retrieve my car since everything is in walking distance (though for wine tasting outside of the confines of the city you would probably need a car). Very satisfied!

Rooms are nice, but four complaints: 1) Most importantly, the valet service is horrible. They say it will take 5-10 minutes to bring up your car, but if they are not busy it takes 15, and if they are busy it takes 25. 2) Lobby is too cold — temperature would be more appropriate to a health club. 3) Price for a drink in the lobby bar way out of line for the 3-star nature of this bar. 4) No availability of a printer where a guest can print a document on his/her own. Printing requires uploading your private document through some stupid/unnecessary app.
