Hotel refuses to honor dog friendly.

Chosen for as a dog friendly hotel, the front desk said there were no dog friendly rooms available. We weren’t going to leave our dog in the car overnight so we couldn’t check in. We ended up driving home instead of staying there. I will be seeking a refund.

Great hotel right in downtown Napa surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, shopping, etc. All the staff from check in to check out gave great hospitality service, very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms with all the amenities needed. I would book another stay here for sure.

The Napa River Inn hotel has a wonderful location in downtown Napa. The staff is friendly all the time. The rooms al clean. They serve fresh pastries every morning direct in your room and all of them are DELICIOUS. This was our second visit to this resort, and for sure all our stays at Napa will be at the Napa River Inn hotel

It’s central, but not a great location. Our room was right above the bar/restaurant and it was loud and busy from morning until the next morning. They should look into sound-proofing. It’s par for the course in Downtown Napa, as most of the hotels appear nicer than they actually are in reality. (Sorry.)

Great place. Clean, amazing location. As with most hotels, the water valves are backwards (hot is cold and cold it hot). Staff is friendly and the service is on point.
