It had a spa bath and it was damaged and they did not inform me before I received the key there was other little problems that needed fixing or painting I was not happy plus I was looking forward to the bath

Lovely friendly staff. It's a short hop to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. The kitchenette was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall our 2 bedroom unit was ok, everything worked. However there was a large hole in the wall in the bedroom, the carpet had a 20-30cm round moth eaten patch in the lounge, it felt like it had just had a quick/poor paint job (paint runs, overspray etc) and there was no artwork on the walls whatsoever.

Staff and service we're amazing and very welcoming, our room was lovely too. Unfortunately guest car parks we're taken by a shipping container, road cone and trailer(possibly relating to current reception construction) meaning we had to park on the road. There was also no latch on our bathroom window to open and close it or to secure it closed, unfortunately this was located beside the staircase/ car park and other guests were able to see into our toilet and shower. We would happily stay again, possibly when its not so busy, thank you for having us.

Great accommodation with plenty of space and a great view. Only constructive comment is there was damage in the bathroom with something that had been pulled off the wall leaving holes and the one power outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and was damaged. Otherwise great stay and so many tv viewing options.

Very handy as it is next to the beach. Room is prestigiously clean and nice to have a spa facility. Only shortcoming is the bathroom ceiling was leaking during the heavy rain and my little girl slipped over when walked in.

Nice area, big room, spa bath was cool, water pressure in shower was very good. Carpark is first in first serve. The room was a bit dirty and needs some maintenance. Wifi was terrible, very loud due to being on a main road, people walking up and down stairs and other guests using their spa bath late at night. Overall good price for a beach front view and its fairly close to lots of places.

Excellent location, right on Marine Parade. Room was also nice and spacious with a lovely balcony looking out to the ocean. Kitchen was basic with small fridge, electric frying pan, microwave, toaster and kettle. Room is a bit dated and could do with a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean of the carpet.
