A rather 'tired' property that could have done with some sprucing up. Very grungy carpet, and dark room with insufficient lighting when curtains drawn at night and lights on. Terrible parking! Very tight. Was surprised that there was no security chain on the door. On the positive side, the location was wonderful! Right across from the ocean. Convenient to stores. Very friendly housekeeping staff.

Nice large rooms, we had queen in the lounge area and another queen in a separate bedroom. Kitchen, dining table & 2 couches were very convenient. Staff on the front desk was very friendly & helpful.

The location can't be beat,the towels are fluffy and the shower is clean and a great size. The mini kitchen has pretty much everything needed for a short stay. The bed, however, was like sleeping on a hard board, and the decor is a bit tired.

Over all clean and tidy , staff were very nice , however some general maintenance is needed on bathroom and walls where lights have been removed however this didn't effect the stay . Off street parking is limited with less parks that rooms.

Room and overall complex is a little tired but perfectly comfortable for my needs. Lovely staff at check in! Would have been nice if other guests noted the signage in lobby about being respectful with noise… a couple of very loud groups in the AM. Is school hols though so expected!
