We are a family of 2 adults & 2 children aged 4, 10. Our kids loved the pool (main pool is perfectly heated and clean) as well as the playground (inflated pillow, trampoline and other play equipment). Hiring the trikes and 4-sested bikes for an hour was more than enough time and great fun for the whole family. We stayed in the Delux studio for 2 nights - an older looking flat type set up, foyer entrance, seperate bathroom/shower/toilet which had extra toilet paper, face towels, hand towels and 2 bath towels. Seperate room with 2 single beds and a lounge room/main bedroom with a large double bed seperaring the kitchenette (2x hobs, microwaves, sink and small bar fridge/freezer), with a 2 seater couch and dinning table with 4 chairs. The accommodation had a heat pump and it was also conveniently located outside/opposite the pool (BONUS!). Our room was serviced daily, fresh towels were provided and the few dishes we had left out (a knife and glasses, were washed and put away, beds remade, floors vacuumed. We felt secured with the use of swipe tags to get into the park through the boom-arms, and also into the pool area. The only thing I noticed when we arrived into our accomm was that the lino needed to be scrubbed, as the bath mat was filthy and blackened from the floor. A comfortable stay, set up and wonderfully located.

There was a mishap with our booking through Expedia but the lovely receptionists sorted it out without a fuss, which we were super grateful for. What I loved the most was how the kids had heaps of things to do and play on, and how they could run free and ride all over the park safely. Very helpful and kind staff, great facilities and vibe. The only thing I didn't like was how some visitors left the common areas in a mess after using them between staff cleaning times. Other than that, we had a lovely time and we will be back again. Thank you Kennedy Park Resort.

Miss communication and a lack of understanding lead to me and my family moving our camp site in the pouring rain.. Reception was soo rude they didn't even offer to help us..they where willing to kick me and my family out after Christmas Day due to thing's not going there way and my tone of language which got horrible because this is the less you would expect when you're trying to have a family holiday..we had been accused of smoking drug's and having party's early in the morning..served still frozen pies from the cafe.. toilet's near the pool had sanitary pads all over the floor in a toilet other had no toilet paper with toilet paper that had been used took them to be told to clean it..dust pan's used to wipe around stove tops and tables via staff disgusting.not a place to take your family.maybe your pet rat would enjoy it more..

The place was amazing and the only reason i wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the shower head and pressure was absolutely terible in our villa. Everything else was great and we'd definitely stay again...despite the shower

This resort was amazing. We booked a basic room with 1 bedroom and it was cozy with 2 twin beds in the room and a queen bed in the main area. The swimming pool was warm and the onsite restaurant was good. Lots of activities for kids.
