Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though.

Unable to access the room, property want helpful and kept hanging up on both me and hotels.com when they called. Instructions didn't match the property location or the room booked, checking in online should have meant it ẁas all easy but just made it more difficult. Conditions only received after checking in - 200 deposit for 1 night's stay, not in hold but being charged and returned after 30 days. According to other reviews, lots of people had to complain before getting the deposit back. The cafe outside the property tried to assist, they see it all the time and it's apparently not unusual that people can't access or have their booking cancelled.

Not recommended. No staff at the property. Phone not answered. Air conditioning didn’t work. We couldn’t check in first night and had to pay to stay elsewhere. On the plus side, great location right next to metro, and room and bed large and clean. Choice of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Perfect location, clean but sewage smell in bathroom, check in is on a different hotel. We arrived at 8:59pm but were told that the shuttle only ran until 9pm (?) and didn’t give it to us. We were told the router was inside the room but not only it wasn’t there the wifi signa was very poor or not existing occasionally. We complained about all mosquitoes inside and were offered to pay a deposit for a device that we had to pick up at the reception of another hotel. We enjoyed it because we had the mindset of an ok airbnb not a hotel.

Good service but bad room quality

Me and my friend stayed at Dante suite for 3 nights and we got bitten crazily by some insects. There were 27 small red dots in my friend’s body on the last day we check out. We were so worried that it might be bed bug. At the same time, the toilet is completely insane. Whenever we flush it, it will make some creepy weird noise. Even though the location is very good, receptionist is helpful and friendly but cannot forget how itchy I have to deal with many bite mark in my body.

Great hotel and Location

We arrived after their check-in time but the quickly informed me a for a fee had a driver waiting at the airport. All was convenient and appreciated by us. The woman who checked us in was cheerful and very helpful orienting is in Naples.

Not worth it

Check In 2pm Ezekiel and Chiara were nice and pleasant. The room was on the smaller side, no coffee, noises from being street side, cold- no extra blankets, check out 10am, check in at 2pm so you don’t have the room for a full 24hrs. Transport that was confirmed and promised was not provided due to this inconvenience, they charged us for a luggage storage that we would’ve not needed to store. (Had it not been for their missing driver) They were not helpful with alternative transportation or rectifying the lack of transportation which was the owners fault in the first place. We then walked our bags over half a mile on cobblestone, therefore destroying our luggage. The wheels literally broke off our luggage. This establishment will nickel and dime you. The owner is rude and arrogant towards staff and his guests. Would not recommend based on most amenities they said were “provided” that they did not provide. Also, it is extremely hard to get in without keys as the key pad seemed not to work or the staff would not pick up.

Be mindful of check in time

Perfect location but not flexible check in time esprcially that my flight arrved late in the evening. I needed to pay 30€ for airport transfer as i am forced to book it. Coz if i ddnt i wont be able to check in as they said no one will be at the reception at the time that i will arrive. Nonetheless i would still stay here coz of the location and cleanliness. Il just book an earlier flight then as to not have the same problem again

Call them before check in

Over all stay is good. Perfect location, clean and they are helpful. People just need to doinle check the booking condition as they dont have a 24 hour check in and if you will arrive late in the evening you need to get their transport service that cost 30€ so that you can check in. If that is not arrange ahead of time chances is no one will accomodate you.

Easy stay in good value comfortable accommodation

We booked a transfer from the airport as arrived later and didn't want to miss check in, a few minutes late but had us checking in 20 minutes later. The staff were lovely and provided information on where to eat, transit, etc. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed and hotel is in a good location to visit the old city, palace area and port. Great value, no complaints.

Perfect location and clean room. Best value for $!

Everything was perfect except the slow internet speed and the lack of towel change and bathroom amenities. They only change towels once in 3 days. Since we stayed for 2 nights, we had to use the same towels for our entire stay. They provide only shampoo, soap, and a couple of other bathroom amenities. No conditioner or shower gel. So bring your own. The internet speed was very slow and the connection was sometimes spotty. Other than those small shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay there. The location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance. The room was super clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Daniela and others smiled often and kindly explained to us about the local area. I highly recommend this hotel if exporing Naples for 3-4 days.

The hotel’s location is a little bit confusing but if you pay attention to the signs on the walls you will be able to locate it. Overall service was excellent receptionist was very nice and helpful and gave us all the city and restaurant information that we needed. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. They called the taxi company for us which proved crucial for us. The taxi driver kept my iPhone X (don’t know if on purpose or not) after I left him use it to locate an hotel for us. Since I had locate my iPhone turned on I was able to track it to the driver. We went back to the hotel and the receptionist help us get in contact with the cab company and got te driver to return my phone to the hotel. I will return to this hotel next time I’m in Naples.

Great friendly location near Piazza Dante. Very close to the metro which gives you access everywhere. Walkable to the major landmarks if you prefer walking Shame we didn't have time to try the breakfast as our schedule was jam packed!

Relatively nice room - I never received an email to notify them of check-in time so no one was there when we attempted to check-in (we waited with two other couples). Not too big of a deal... got into the room, hot water wasn't working. Went back down... no one was there again. Again... not a terribly big deal... then sent an email to them. Absolutely awful customer service... no apology... just pretty much yelling at us through the email and saying that they were there the entire time and that everything was working properly when it wasn't. Pretty ridiculous response... would not advise staying here.

Refused check-in and kept payment

Made a booking on Orbitz in the evening for same evening. Called a few minutes after the booking to confirm check in instructions. No one answered. After multiple calls to hotel was told that they can’t check me in because it is too late. When i asked about getting a refund so i can book another hotel for the night the woman on the phone became angry and started yelling that she can’t help us. I still don’t have my money back. I would strongly urge any future customers to seek other accommodation options.

Great value for money and good public transport

Pros: Huge Comfortable bed Close to public transport and easy to get to from the airport (just take the bus from the square outside) Clean with fun decor Helpful staff Cons: Tiny geyser in the bathroom, water ran cold quickly, not even enough to run a half a bath. We only spent one night at Dante's Suites but it was good, we checked in late afternoon, and it was a bit of a struggle to find the BnB. It is not the location shown on google maps, it's just off the square by the metro exit. The receptionist was very helpful, she came and fetched us from the wrong location shown on google. She also changed our comforter on the bed which smelled very strongly of fabric softener. Overall great value for money.
