The room was clean, and the bath rome was wonderfull it did have a hot tub and a sauna. The breakfast was basic but good. The only problem was i didnt have internet in my rome and they did not do anything to fix it.

The lady at the reception was so rude and disrespectful. They were very unhelpful and the WiFi took a long time to figure out. There was no shampoo and conditioner provided and only one toilet roll. The breakfast was not good at all. Also none of them spoke even one word of English. I do not recommend staying here at all.

this was a reasonably good experience...... but of course the owners are attached to the local taxis and SWEAR that the trip to the train station is 'SET PRICE' they would readily get a driver for you or a taxi for you PLEASE PLEASE choose your own as the taxi tank is right over the road from the duomo which is one and a half minutes from the accommodation the taxi price is half the cost of the 'set price' if you would just point to the meter when you get in the taxi...don't take NO FOR AN ANSWER.......they are all out to rid you of your holiday money...we would have hoped that this owner was better than that as he seemed very kind.......looks can deceive

Authentic Napoli
This place is located in an amazing neighbourhood! We stayed one night. The place was clean and quiet. Everything functionned in the room. Host was a good man. If you want to feel what it is like to live in Naples, stay at this place. You will see and hear the neighbours communicating from window to window, others just sitting and watching people that pass. Charming place!

Sleep In tbe soul of Naples
Great pad with the best staff in town. Owner run with Roberto and Jan most welcoming. Straight out the door and into the washing drapped and cobbled streets of Naples. Small restaurants abound with food to make you wish to never go home.

Great stay and amazing staff!
While my friends and I only stayed here for a night, we wish we could've stayed longer. Roberto at the front desk was amazing and was extremely helpful. He showed us where to go in Naples and even brought us to a restaurant to eat in when we were desperate for food after our flight. It definitely felt like home! The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and what seemed like a newly renovated bathroom. There was also a terrace! Beware of the steps to enter the B&B. Cars aren't small enough to fit down the street that the hotel is located on, so we had to drag all of our luggage down a cobble stone street and then were shocked to find no elevators and two staircases to get to the front desk of the hotel. Therefore, I would advise packing on the lighter side. Overall, our short stay in Naples was wonderful because of B&B Rochel!

When we arrived the hotel was locked and no one was there to let us in. We waited over an hour for someone to show up - not really acceptable. Roberto came for the start of his shift and let us in though and everything was wonderful from then on

Overall our stay was great..A bit of a mix up re collection service from the airport (they do not do this any longer) but once we had arrived everyone was very helpful. Breakfast sadly lets the place down..A few plain rolls and a packaged jam croissant..not very enticing and with the number of cake and pastry shops nearby could be easily rectified? Overall though we enjoyed our stay, the B and B is very central and comfortable and the people friendly..

Difficult to find but good value for money
The B&B Rochel was hard to find, especially when you arrive in the evening. We had contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to arrange a check in time but received no response which wasn't great and had to go through Hotels.com to get a response. On arrival though the host was extremely helpful and friendly, the room size was good and the bathroom was very modern. The location in Naples was good and was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. The walls were quite thin and we could hear the breakfast being prepared in the morning which woke us up. The breakfast on offer is continental with basic pastries and drinks etc. We did find some good restaurants near by and found the place very good value for money overall. Would stay here again.

Good hotel in a central area. Staff friendly and helpful. Sadly breakfast was terrible. No juice, fruit, cereal or pastries. One packet of salami for all guests. Many items were not replenished each day. If improvements are made to the breakfast this will be a very good B&B.

Very Highly Recommend B&B Rochel, excellent.
This hotel is in the heart of the old town, Roberto at reception is a very nice guy and extremely helpful, the price, quality of rooms, cleanliness, breakfast and facilities are excellent. The location Old Town, allows for an authentic stay as the people are locals, the food is Neopolitan and it's the home of the original pizza. The shops are still owned by the locals which is a rareity in so many of the Italian cities.

Location Location!
Our host Roberto was so welcoming and friendly and property feels safe and secure. Highlight is the location, exactly where you want to be in Naples! Only down side was getting large luggage up the stairs. Note that while the room wasn't impacted, people do seem to smoke in the property if that is an issue (it wasn't for me).

Short Naples Stay
Only a one night stay before flight back to Gatwick, UK. The breakfast wasn't great. The owner a very pleasant helpful man. Would stay again.
