Quiet, relaxing and warm winter
The home was lovely! Very clean and situated in a terrific gated neighborhood. Communication with the manager was easy and proved to be unnecessary as everything in the home was just as described. My wife and I cook a good deal and it was great to see a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor area was a comfortable place to spend the afternoon and relax. The lanai and pool were well cared for and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very much looking forward to returning.

Awesome place to stay
We (spouse, 2 sisters and brother in law ages 60 - 70) stayed here for two weeks. We had such a great time. The house was great, clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and plenty of room to relax by the pool. We had many nights out on the lanai just relaxing, having a meal and cooking on the grill. Doris our host was fantastic, any questions were answered right away. We had an issue with the air conditioning and within a couple of hours there was a technician there. We couldn't have asked for better communication. She was genuinley concerned that our stay was going to be great. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back. Thank you, Scott B.

Schon zum zweiten Mal
Wir waren in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus jetzt schon das zweite mal. Auch diesmal haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind in einem tadellosen Zustand und alles ist top. Wir sind auch diesmal wieder begeistert gewesen. Die Beschreibung und die gilder sind vollkommen zutreffend.

Secend Home
Die Lage Brairwood ist in Naples überragend zentral gelegen. Das Haus war wunderbar Richtung Osten ausgerichtet. Man hat früh morgens eine wunderschöne Morgensonne. Zwei wunderbare Palmen unterstreichen den malerischen Blick auf den See.. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet inklusive Sonnenschirm. Um hier einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, sobald wir Naples wieder besuchen

Eines des am besten eingerichtet Häuser
Wir hatten über die Jahre hinweg schon einige Häuser in Florida gemietet, auch in Briarwood. Dieses Haus war so perfekt mit allem ausgerüstet, dass es an nichts gemangelt hat. Alles war in hervorragendem Zustand und es war der perfekte Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt zur Agentur ( Doris) war super nett und informativ. Alles wurde professionell und schnell abgewickelt. Wir haben unsere Zeit im Haus und in Florida sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Briarwood gated community ist eine sehr schöne Ecke, alles gut erreichbar und sehr sehr gepflegt.
