The Hilton was a real nice place to stay. Staff was helpful, friendly and provided prompt service. The grounds were real nice and the beach is really nice & clean. Beach staff very helpful too. Had a great time, highly recommend and I will stay here again.

I was at the Hilton over the Thanksgiving weekend. Two out of 3 elevators were defective for the entire) day stay. Waiting times were long ind the one operational elevator was overfilled during checkout times. I had exactly one bath towel in my room. No room service on the second day. My room door did not close on its own all the way. On the 3rd day my room door was left partially open after room service. Internet is extremely slow but faster internet is offered for a daily fee. The internet speed at any super 8 hotel is better. Restaurant staff recommend the breakfast buffet 8 minutes later I was informed that the buffet is now closed. The hotel charges a daily resort fee of $42.40 and daily self parking of $38. Avoid the Hilton Maco Island there are several Hotels with better service and more reasonable prices in the same area. This hotel does not meet the Hilton standard and a management change should be considered.

Elevators were broken so very long lines and waits whether going up or down the one that worked. Hot tub worked half the trip. On a better note, the staff were almost all great. Eddie was awesome. Very helpful and super kind. Our girls thought he was the greatest!

I stayed at the Hilton Marco island beach resort with my husband annd baby for two nights and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. One of my main concerns was the checkout process. I requested just an extra 30 minutes to check out at 11:30 AM instead of the standard 11 AM, as I needed the time to feed my baby. To my surprise, the front desk informed me that this would incur a $50 charge. I found this to be quite unreasonable, especially considering the circumstances. A little flexibility goes a long way, particularly for families traveling with young children. Additionally, I encountered issues with the elevators during my stay. There was only one working elevator in the entire hotel, which resulted in long wait times and unnecessary stress, especially when managing luggage and a baby. This was quite inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience. While the hotel had potential, these issues significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration for future guests.

Have been coming to Marco Island as a quick getaway (we live 1.5 hours away) for close to 20 years now. The Hilton has always been our go to place to stay. Staff is always friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed the Hilton. The doorman was the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever met. The people at the front desk were nice. Bar was ok. No one ever gave the same price for drinks. Having end of the hallway room was not great. They always came at 4 pm when we were getting ready to head out. They were nice and gave us water and towels. The room was out of conditioner and body wash. They gave us small body wash. Saying having hard time getting the product. The beach was great! Awesome having a really nice lady driving around with drinks and snacks. The gentlemen who helped with chairs were awesome. Pool was pristine! Had few ladies working it. Getting drinks and food. Very nice. Great nighttime music. All staff was very friendly. Property was very well taken care of.

Beautiful location on the beach. Food & drinks at the hotel are super expensive. Great service from staff. Clean room. Hot tub was under construction outside which was a bummer since it was one of the main reasons we booked. Food very good.

I booked partial ocean view was given a room overlooking the roof of another building was Went back and I asked for another room they obliged but had wait till 4 pm when other gusts were given rooms a they arrived I thought the treatment was racist as my wife was wearing hijab. So we waited The rest was alone a wedding tje usiv was till midnight with peop being routyw and stupid right under our window
