Overall it was fine. It is always frustrating when you reserve a room with 2 beds only to arrive and be told they only have King bed rooms available. It sets up for an uncomfortable experience. It makes you wonder why we do reservations at all. The water pressure in the shower was not great and it took far too long to get any semblance of hot water. Otherwise the hotel was fine. I was impressed with the room service staff.
