This guest house is located in a great location, close to everything. When booking it, I was under the impression that there was a balcony off every room but this is not accurate; there is a balcony off of the lobby area and we were open to use that at any time and we did. On our first night, we had an issue with the shower not draining and flooding the floor. We reported it immediately, which was on a Friday night. They advised that they would have someone there the next morning to look at it. I explained to them that we had a very early excursion booked for the next day and needed to use the shower before then. They promptly sent someone over to fix it that night. Their communication was excellent and the staff were amazing. The young lady working the front desk was exceptional, very sweet and helpful. We even ran into her outside the building after hours and asked her about something and she was very helpful. We asked if they had an iron and they advised they would leave it in our room the next day and they did. Our only issue was when the cleaning lady took all the wet towels out from cleaning up the flooded floor, she did not bring us new ones. Since the reception is not 24 hours, I could not ask for them and went looking for some but could not find any. I truly believe this was an oversight because everything else was so great. The room is on the smaller side (green room) but absolutely perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.
