A great place to stay in Naples. Centrally located near the Toledo metro station. Rooms were great. Only minor issue was finding the hotel in the first place so make sure you get clear instructions/ phone ahead. Once we called the hotel it was easy

Hotel is in the heart of one the main streets of Napoli. Room and bathroom was very clean. It was tiny terrace overlooking the via de Toledo, a large walking strip with food and shops. Would stay again on a return trip to Napoli.

Awesome location in the heart of Naples and the Spanish Quarter. Very close to the subway and easily walkable to many of the sights. Clean room with comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Naples.

It is right by the metro station, very convenient to use metro to move around, but the metro has few lines, and run in 9 min interval, The hotel check in after 8pm need pay 20 euro for a staff to stay late. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay in Naples.

Staff was friendly when we arrived! Showed us a map of places to eat and visit. Loved that there was air conditioning and black out blinds! We felt safe there. Great location next to metro.

Comfortable accommodations in historic Naples!
Located along Via Toledo (the main street in central Naples) and adjacent to the Toledo Metro stop, this hotel is in a perfect location for walking to see historic Naples sites like Galleria Umberto I, Castel Nuovo, and Palazzo Reale, and enjoying local cuisine (yes, the Napolitan pizza is quite good). This establishment is in an old building whose entrance is fairly nondescript; check in at the building's front desk and make your way up to the guest house. Romina was quite helpful in getting us checked in and acclimated to this establishment. We were in the Green Room; our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The shower was spacious and water temp easily controlled; enjoyed the soft fluffy towels! A plus is a mini-fridge in the room.

Nice and clean room in the heart of Napoli. Location is great too, very close to the public transport, many points of interest and lots of dining options around. But the room was lit with the street lights all night, it would help if there were black out curtains. The room was very clean, but the shower grout needed a good scrub and drain was not working properly, which could be fixed easily.

The property is just attached to the Toledo station. 5 minutes walking far from Spaccanapoli piazza del plebiscito and just in front of quartieri spagnoli. It was easy to comunicate with the receptionist via wahtsapp on the days before the check in and on the day of the check in. The room is spacious and very cleaned. The only con was the shower drainage that was to small for the amount of water coming from the shower so the water was going out from the shower during every shower wetting the floor. A part for this our room was just next a flat where only one night we heard loud music and weird noises coming from there. But the rest of the days it has been a great staying and no noises coming from outside or inside the hotel were heard. Highly recommended for staying in naples. Also u get breakfaast included in the bar just next door which is a lovely place where we have been treated very politely and we had great pastries and coffees .
