Really loved the property! Admittedly I am a bit biased as it is right in the heart of all the best shopping in Naples and I do loovvee to shop! :) The room was really great. very spacious, had a large bed, plus a couch that I believe pulls out to another bed if needed (we didn't use it as we were only there for 1 night), there was a safe in the room, free coffee/ tea & great water pressure in the shower. It's very naturally bright in the room we had as well which is one of my favorite things! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!! Mario was prompt and readily available if we needed him, the space was very clean and the balcony overlooks a gorgeous view of the Galleria Umberto I which was built in the late 1800s and is even a World Heritage Site (fun fact)! There's loads of dining and shopping nearby/ walking distance and the free breakfast was a nice added bonus. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here on your trip to Naples!

Amazing location, room and staff
Amazing location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Near tonnes of restaurants, clothes shopping and sites. We really got to experience the heart of Naples. Make sure to ask taxi to be dropped off near Galleria Toledo. There is a taxi stand at 5 minute walk. I was surprised by the entrance but my friend told me that is normal for Naples and the security guard was a plus. Very safe. We will be back.

Pros Good location(center of Toledo street), Good staff, Old heritage building. Convenient. Cons 6 keys to memorize (key for building entrance, key for elevator halls, key for elevator, key for unit compartment, key for room, and key for safe box) <- this I can understand because this building is very old. But, Uncomfortable bed, No amenities (no shampoo, no lotion, no other amenities that other normal hotels have), No paper tissue (Kleenex), No sleepers -> so disappointed for 200 euros per night.

Bed was firm new and amazing. Air conditioning got super cold super fast- even better than American hotels. Friendly staff. The best part was it felt like home with inner dining and kitchen and balcony. I extended my trip because of the comfort!

GEREMIA, the doorkeeper is a superb addition to Mansion Toledo. He carries the True, Warm Neapolitan Hospitality to all the Guest. Quite and affordable B&B located in an early 20th century building integrated into the Galleria Umberto, iconic landmark in the entireItalian Peninsula. I loved my room with a view with a balcony opening up into the actually Galleria it was like sleeping in a part of the Great Neapolitan History.

Nicely furnished, nice that breakfast is included. Really cool how it's above the shopping mall! Had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the place but you have to enter from outside on the street. Cleaners walked in on us without knocking though... I think they always change towels at 10:30, so beware of that

This B&B is in the heart of the city. With lots of shopping and sightseeing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Note you need to check it by 8pm. Any check in after that will cost €20 and after 11:00 €30 extra.

The property is just stunning! All the room face to the galleries allowing a unique Naples experience. It is very nicely furnished and very clean. Breakfast is provided by the patisserie next door and I couldn’t have asked for more! I will definitely come back again and I strongly recommend It! Ps staff is also very kind and flexible, I was allowed to leave my luggage post check out time and I was given courtesy keys.. just great!
