We had an amazing time in the Duomo house located in the historical center of Naples. The best thing about this place is the exceptional quality of service! Lorenza was so thoughtful and helpful, especially with making travel arrangements and making us feel welcome! The room is well appointed with amazing views of the Duomo! Certainly the hotel to stay in when visiting Naples!

When we first came to the outside of hotel we were worried because downstairs it was dark. But when we took the elevator up we were happy because the apartment was very modern and clean. Elisa welcomed us and she was the most kind person we have ever interacted with in this trip. She explained everything to us, what we can do in Napoli, she took care of us really good. The room we had was very clean, great space, and great view. There is nothing to complain about. Even the people who took care of the breakfast was soo kind, this was the best experience of service we had in Italy and we have been in Rome and Positano and Napoli. I really recommend this place!! It is also close to the city as well

Very loud at night- Naples is not a clean city- hotel staff was very nice and room was clean- our flight left prior to breakfast. Elevator up was very smal, but worked.

The rooms are beautiful and the staff is great. I would not walk the streets at night. Need to be cautious in the areas you walk through. Other than that the experience was teeat

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, a bit hard to find the hotel entrance. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone requiring parking. Parking runs 45€/night at nearby garages and the arrival/departure from this area of downtown by car is not for the faint of heart. Would return without a car.

Très bien placé, vue incroyable sur la cathédrale ! Grande chambre avec balcon, très bien décorée. Espaces collectifs très agréables, avec grande terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner, et également la possibilité de prendre un goûter en journée en libre service. L'accueil est également top, disponible, on nous a conseillé sur les visites et surtout les bonnes adresses à proximité. Super expérience pour toute la famille ! merci encore

Struttura perfetta per un soggiorno a Napoli, vicinissimo al centro, dalla camera si vede il duomo, arredata in modo carino. Dispone di tutto il necessario,angolo spuntino aperto tutto il giorno oltre che per servire un ottima colazione. Ha anche un simpatico terrazzino all esterno allestito con tavoli per rilassarsi. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check in e tanta gentilezza da parte delle ragazze
