This hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the historic town. I loved the beautiful Christmas decorations at the hotel and the street-so magical :). Staff were professional and friendly and our room was clean and lovely. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Naples.

Holiday decorations were gorgeous and wonderful location on 5th avenue in Naples, Fl. However, when we checked in, there was a strong smell of Bleach in the lobby and our room. The elevator was broken, the TV kept going in and out and there was no dining room, even for breakfast.

The location is perfect for hanging out on 5th Ave, great restaurants, beach etc. The facility is clean, high end, and the staff is willingly very helpful and pleasant. Lisa at the front desk is a gem.

Motion activated light went out while showering so showered in darkness! Marble floors much too slippery in bathroom - very dangerous- no grab bars in shower- definitely need!!! Need rubber backed bath mats.

Enrique lisa Juan and all the people who work there are amazing . Will definitely be back. The restaurants ocean prime & Truluck were also very good. Rooms were comfy on the 3rd floor.
