Serviced apartments in Naples Park

Excellent experience. The house was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bathroom. We spent all of our time at the back of the house in the kitchen/lanai area overlooking the pool. Great exposure and ample room for dining and lounging. The house was located about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. There were also bikes that the hosts left for guests to use. Dan, our host, could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend renting this property.

This was our first trip to Naples and it certainly won’t be our last. Beau’s property was absolutely perfect for our family of three. The location was outstanding and the house had everything we needed. Before we even arrived, Beau was incredibly proactive in communicating a potential issue with the pool heater and even preemptively issued a refund for heater fee for any inconvenience. The master bed was very comfortable, which is rare in rental properties. We’re so glad to know we’ve found a place to stay again in the future when we return as a family of four! Thanks for a wonderful (though all too short) stay!

Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. Even though there was construction on the road, the location was close enough to the beach for walking and driving. Many restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 11 months, enjoyed the pool and beach. The home was perfect for our adult children and the little ones. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone.

The house was nice and clean. Perfect location and neighborhood. We were very happy for ours staying.

Great location. I liked the layout of the house. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable. The house was clean. There was one issue and the host offered an immediate solution. Main bedroom mattress was a bit worn / soft for me, but that is a hard one to get perfect for everyone. The wicker furniture wasn't very comfy, but again that is a personal preference. Unfortunately we had to evacuate halfway through due to hurricane Milton. But that went well and the disaster zone part of our stay was refunded.
