Cheap price, good location
The Yamabe allows for a cheap stay at close location of Tenri JR and Kintetsu stations. The proximity of the railway may bother the ones who want a quiet stay, as the train service runs from 5 am to 11 pm. Nonetheless, the hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and have all is needed. For information, toilet and washing facilities are not comprised in the rooms. Although it did not pose me any problem, this may bother some.

何処懐かしいお部屋でした
1泊・素泊まりで利用させて頂きました。 和室の角部屋で畳の良い香りがしましたが、清掃が行き届いていなく、テレビや鏡に埃が見受けられた所があり少し残念でした😢 部屋はザ昭和テイストですが障子に奈良のお寺の写真を貼っていて、店主のお客様に対する歓迎と奈良を知ってもらいたい気持ちが感じられました^ ^

清潔感やサービス等を重視する方は宿泊は厳しいかと思います。私は許容範囲が広くある程度ならどんな所でも大丈夫な方ですが、2回目は無いと思いました。ベットの部屋でしたが、ベットのマットが空気式のタイプ（キャンプ等で使う）で、寝返りする度にマットのビニールが擦れる音が酷く、寝心地も悪い上、マットの素材がビニールの為、寝汗も酷かったです。この様な環境でも気にならない方でしたら大丈夫かと思います

チェックイン後すぐにチェックアウトしました。。。
施設は古く設備が整っていませんでした。テレビも壊れており清潔感もなく、ここでは一泊したくないと判断したので、料金が戻らないことを承知でチェックイン後すぐにチェックアウトし、別のホテルへ移動しました。
