Very convenient location with free shuttle bus to/from airport and local shopping mall where you can buy tax free if you have your passport with you. Very clean & quiet hotel with as would be expected in Japan, very courteous staff. Despite the number of major hotels in the area, the views from upper rooms are very pleasant.
