This is a good option for a short term stay near the Narita airport. It is close to the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to/from airport. The staff and overall service was great. The facilities could use some update. The shower had some mold. Overall, the stay was what I needed for a one night layover. I was able to rest as well as there was no noise from outside or inside the hotel.

Customer service was outstanding. Property is a bit dated but otherwise it’s a nice place and about 10 min drive to Narita airport. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese food options. Everything was freshly prepared. Highly recommend staying here if you’re laying over for a night.

Perfect if arriving late to Narita and don’t want to immediately get onto a train to Tokyo. Free shuttle bus is a real plus. Staff are amazing and attentive.

It is a great place to stay if you want to catch early flight or even you want to explore different culture because there is a tour place pretty convenient to go because hotel offer free shuttle bus between hotel and those Tour places. There are several restaurants inside of the hotel. You can taste a different style, including Japanese style or western style of food.
