The public areas of the hotel I visited were in excellent condition. The staff were extremely attentive and it was clear that they run a tight ship, especially in the minutes after a shuttle arrives from the airport. Access to the convenience store in the lobby is a huge plus. The room was very clean and comfortable though it showed some wear. It is very much suitable for a night before or after your flight to or from Narita. There is also a small restaurant a short walk away, though you have to cross the road twice with some traffic.

Overall a good overnight stay, i.e., you get what you pay for. Positives: free limo bus transportation to / from the airport, wait time for check-in was fairly fast (under 8-10 minutes), checkout was extremely fast, free transportation to the nearest shopping mall, room was small but efficient & pretty clean. Areas for improvement: no real negatives, i.e., you get what you paid for. Excellent location for overnight stay. Friendly staff, large room for 3, comfortable beds. Easy to access from the airport on the free hotel shuttle bus. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Would stay again.
