A fantastic airport hotel! We always come back to Hotel Nikko Narita whenever we are in Tokyo. Staff are professional, hospitable and welcoming - from front desk staff, to cleaning staff, and to the staff who wave goodbye to us on the buses. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are spacious, super comfortable and spotlessly clean! Well done to all staff and management at Hotel Nikko Narita. Keep up the wonderful work - your guests truly appreciate you!

We stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita, and overall it was a very convenient choice, especially for an early morning flight. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas illuminations, and when we visited, there was a lot of snow, which made the entire property feel magical. The hotel is quite large and has several shops and restaurants inside, which was very convenient. While the building itself is older, it is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast restaurant was especially lovely—surrounded by glass windows, with snow outside when we were there. It was surprisingly beautiful and very photo-worthy. The biggest advantage is location and convenience. For early flights from Narita, this hotel makes everything easy and stress-free. One downside was the front desk service. The staff member we interacted with felt quite cold, and I would not describe the service as the typically warm or courteous Japanese hospitality. She seemed unhappy with her job, which affected the first impression. That said, for comfort, cleanliness, atmosphere in winter, and airport convenience, this hotel does its job very well.

Every thing about this hotel and our stay is excellent!! The staff is amazing with information and service and friendliness. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, airy and full of amenities. We love the airport shuttle, the town shuttle, and the Aeon shopping center shuttle which are convenient, prompt,and clean. The Lawsons, coffee shop and the view lounge are the best! We always make it a point to stop here for a couple of days.

The staff was fabulous. The room was clean. The airport transportation was perfect. The only problem was that the sound insulation between rooms isn't great, so I heard every word of my neighbor's phone conversations. Fortunately, he didn't stay up late. Also, it might be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

We picked a junior suite thinking we would have a good comfortable night prior to a long flight home the next day. We got the old section of the hotel and the room is smelly and old. The shower door was glazed with soap scum. Unless you’re guaranteed the newer side which we don’t know if it’s any better, I would never recommend staying here.
