Room was clean. Very small but we were only staying one night so it was fine. There are nice restaurants in the hotel, nice bar on the 11th floor, shuttle ride to and from the airport was included and easy.

Room was big, clean, nice amenities. It seemed as if the hotel was running on central air bc the air conditioner wasn’t getting cooler so we did have to open the window but housekeeping was great. There was also some miscommunication with the concierge about same-day luggage forwarding (it ended up being the next day even tho it was only going to Tokyo). The guy came off patronizing and condescending when answering questions but at the end of the day the last people we interacted with before checking out left our stay on a high note. Would definitely book again.

The Japanese restaurant was fabulous, the cocktail bar lounge amazing! The breakfast buffet was one of the best I encountered on my trip to Japan. All in all, I would return even though there is no Onsen.
