The shuttle to/from airport and station is extremely efficient and easy to locate on arrival. Rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff are very efficient and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing - huge variety of western and Japanese cuisine. Loved our stay!!

I LOVED this hotel. It was so convenient. I walked out of terminal 2 and onto platform 33 and straight the hotel. The platforms are easy to find outside the airport so you can catch the shuttle and each one has the times posted for the shuttle. We arrived a little late at the hotel but there is a convenience store in the hotel and the restaurant was still open. Will definitely stay here again if I am in town!!
