This is my second time staying at Nikko. Love the buffet option. The staff are so helpful, hard working and kind. I'm going to Osaka and Im planning on staying at Nikko Hotel for the third time.

Such a great hotel close to the airport. We have stayed at this hotel countless times and always impressed with how efficient the staff are, even at their most busy times. Though ever so slightly little bit dated, rooms are clean, extremely spacious, and most of all, the beds are very comfortable.

I think for the price you get and the convenience of being so close to Narita and the free shuttle service, it’s fantastic. The stay itself, the hotel is definitely old, not too many lights in the halls, feels a bit lived in? Room is fine, again for the price it serves its purpose and is fine. The staff however were extremely accommodating. Right off the uber they greeted us and helped us with our bags, not only into the building but up and into our rooms as well. We had some difficulties with one of the shuttle buses back to the airport and one of their staff was kind enough to contact the driver of the bus and update us with info.

The rooms are very small, but for the price it is still great value. The toilets are as advanced as all hotels in Japan with multiple settings for bidet. The breakfast is fine in a pleasant setting. The front desk staff is kind and efficient.
