Hotel Nikko Narita offers a free airport shuttle, plus convenient rides to Aeon Mall and Narita Station. The staff provided outstanding service, handling our bags upon arrival and departure. The room was comfortable, though the air conditioner didn’t work well—I opened the window instead. There’s a 24-hour Lawson in the lobby, buffet breakfast at Serena, and laundry service if needed. With free water, in-room fridge, and great amenities, I’d definitely stay here again!

Despite having stayed in HotelNikki Norita for 8 room nights (me & family which I paid for) in the previous 2 weeks, we were given a small, old, unrenovated room with daytime construction on a neighboring floor. The dinner menus list, in bold, prices that require membership in some club. So we were charged substantially more for nothing. The shuttle service to airport and Narita station were priceless. Breakfast & Dinner (overpriced ) buffet were very good.

Cute hotel with lovely staff who were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, transport to and from airport was easy to use! Highly recommend for convenience after a very long travel day.

Standard airport hotel room. Tired decor but comfortable. Air conditioning wasn’t working so didn’t sleep much. Staff very polite and friendly

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was extremely convenient allowing for easy of traveling. The shuttles run twice an hour allowing for good options for any flight arrival or departure time. They offer late check in times which helped for when we arrived. The Lawsons in the hotel is also very helpful if you are hungry and things are not open, or if you just need snacks.

Friendly staff. Appreciated being able to upgrade for a nominal fee. Convenient to Narita airport. Free shuttle was also efficient and ran regularly. Would highly recomnend
