A wonderful airport hotel. We stayed in a superior twin room in the annex. Although some fixtures were a little dated, the room was in no way shabby. In fact, we were very impressed by how well-maintained, clean and retro elegant everything was. Massive bathroom with a comfortable bath tub. The room overlooked a lovely little garden area that had an interesting light display on at night. Staff at the hotel knew what guests needed and sorted everything out at check in. They confirmed breakfast plans, let us know that check out was going to be very quick (simply a matter of dropping off our room key at a designated point), and noted the time of our airport shuttle bus transfer for the next morning. Staying at Hotel Nikko Narita took the stress out of getting to the airport on time, and we felt like we were in very safe, reliable hands. There were also plenty of friendly staff in the lobby who were only too keen to look after guests and their luggage upon arrival as well as at departure. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality, Hotel Nikko Narita!

We always stay here on our was to Niseko. Hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. Buffet breakfast is exceptional!! Staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend staying here to anyone on a layover trip.

Nikko Narita is a super convenient hotel as it is a short distance from Narita airport with a free bus shuttle service The rooms are modern and clean and there are several restaurants to choose from and a small convenience store with everything you could need My only issues were that they had no air conditioning available in the rooms so the rooms were hot and stuffy even in the middle of Winter. I was lucky as they had a spare fan to use but if that was not available it would have been a terrible experience The futon beds in the Japanese style rooms are very thin and are not comfortable to sleep on Other than those two issues it is a great place to stay, just make sure you can secure a fan for your room and to choose a room with more comfortable beds

We liked the shuttle bus provided by the hotel, laundry room and also the cleanliness. What we didn’t like is that the hotel didn’t provide pajamas/kimono.

Great airport hotel property. Clean rooms, convenient shuttle. Dining options bit limited but there is 24hr Lawson on site for snacks. Breakfast buffet is pretty good as well.

I stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita for six nights in January 2025. Beautiful lobby area, with friendly and professional English speaking staff always available. A Lawson convenience store is on site, and free shuttle service to and from the airport, and also to JR and Keisei Narita station and the nearby Aeon Mall. Will definitely atay again.

Staffs are great. However, the room is very stuffy and not fresh. Had to spray air freshener. Beddings is inadequate. There is no flat sheet on top of fitted sheet before the conforter. The pillow case is does not smell fresh.

It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel. The staff was impressive. Many were bilingual which was a relief. I am a visitor to your beautiful country and should have taken the time to learn some conversational Japanese, but your staff was there to help out.

The airport transfer was easy, staff went out of their way to help us load luggages into the transfer bus. The staff will inform which terminal we get off if we ask them with our airline schedules in hand. The bus have announcements in English as to which terminal is which. Google AI can inform us which bus station number at the Narita airport to catch usually is number 6 or 16. Sorry I don't remember. Basically we don't have to worry about loading the luggages.
