Well.. what can I say other than disappointed. Our room, executive triple room was in the annex building. Don’t get a room in this part of the hotel. The rooms are old and need a lot of upgrades. For example, the water came out brown from the bath tub facet. My daughter took a picture. We were shocked. Of course we called downstairs. We were told to let it run and it will go clear after a while. Obviously they have had many phone calls about this problem. The manager said that it was well water. Nope.. it’s something to do with the old pipes. Secondly, the air conditioner didn’t work. They did have a small portable air conditioner but it did nothing. The room was quite hot for our sleep.
Our daughter and her husband were on a different floor. They had a ton of problems. Black mold on the shower curtains and the ceiling fan. There was also smoking in other hotel rooms on that floor. After she complained about the black mold and showed them pictures, they apologized and moved her and her husband to another room. She said it was much better. That was awesome.
The breakfast buffet was good and we paid for a day room. The day room was in the opposite side of the hotel. It was renovated at it was better.
The hotel manager was very polite and helpful. Lots of staff speak English, some better than others, so that is helpful.
There are a ton of hotels around the airport, look first before booking here. The brown water is enough to make me look at other hotels.
