The store hours are a little confusing and so is the restaurant hours if you want to eat something during the middle of the day good luck you have to pretty much get transportation to get away from the hotel... And they seem to not want to offer concierge service to get your baggage to your room even if you're handicapped which to me is not very kind

Room was dirty, had to change rooms which wasnt much better. AC in the room had smelled like it wasnt turned on for months, motel like room. Not near anything really, walking to 7 eleven was a little sketchy because of traffic.

Bad customer service
Terrible. Dirty. Had to change rooms due to not cleaned. 2nd room they changed to had door key issue. We couldn’t leave the room until mechanic came by at 8am. One male Receptionist was very rude. Othered were ok. Room was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, serene setting and great breakfast
The staff here were very courteous and helpful. They could speak English well and genuinely wanted to accommodate us. The bar had a nice light supper when we arrived and the breakfast was amazing, well worth the price. The restaurant and bar are set next to the koi pond and garden with floor to ceiling windows so the atmosphere was clean, light and beautiful. The room was clean and updated though the hallways had older carpet and smelled of smoke. We would definitely stay here again.
