Very nice hotel, walkable from the train station. It's also not far from the main historic shopping/dining street leading to Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. We would recommend Narita Town and this hotel as a great stop before flying out from Narita the following day, which is what we did.

Safe and cozy.

I have used the Richmond Hotel for different locations. Any location of this hotel is pretty good. One thing I would say is I wish their mattress could be better. They don't have a top pillow, padding so that when you sleep my body heat is taken away. I had to ask at the front desk for two blankets to be put on the bed underneath for padding.

We selected this hotel for one night due to location to the airport. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle was fully booked. Luckily the train was close by. The hotel was very clean with all amenities. Staff were hospitable. Slight communication challenges with some staff due to language. Overall a good stay!
