Ten minute walk to hotel from train station. One night stop over before flight out. Good location and shops nearby. The usual amentities at front area which we appreciate. Room clean. Staff at check in pleasant and spoke good English and liked that we could take shuttle to airport next day as part of the hotels service.

The room and hotel was spotless. The hotel staff was very helpful with delivering our luggages to another hotel stay and setting up our shuttle ride back to Narita. Highly recommend this place :)

The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient--right near Narita Station and several convenience stores. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Naritasan Omotesando (market with a ton of local shops and food), as well as the Temple and Park near by (both so beautiful!). We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, 2 Single Beds, and for the most part, it was clean, but the carpet had a noticeable amount of stains by the door. It was also very small, but we only stayed one night, so it wasn't bothersome, and it was very quiet.
