The motel is clean and in general suitable for the budget, the staff is friendly, check-in, out so quick and easy. I just don't like the poor insulation, you could hear your neighbour using the bathroom.

No service when the tv did not work. Other peoples property caught up in blankets, no shower screen or curtain on the shower. Poor location of the toilet meant could not sit on the toilet without my legs hitting the vanity basin. Would never return to this motel

You get what you pay for. If you are looking for an overnight stay, it is cheap, quiet, the shower is hot and the air conditioning works. Staff were a phone call away and were happy to move us to another room when we had an issue. The rooms and bathroom are dated and in need of a facelift but it is fine for a nights sleep. A quick 10 minute walk gets you to plenty of good quality drinking and dining options.

sorry to say we had a terrible stay went into our room heating did not work /no water coming out of bathroom taps /really shabby but clean /got put into another room /tiles coming away /only limited stations on tv/bed rolling about eveytime you moved in bed/dripping tap in bathroom all night hardly got any sleep/ants/ once again very shabby but clean very disappointed

There were little bugs in the bathroom each time I went in . I had to keep the door shut at all times so the bugs didn’t come into the sleeping area. The windows we're not opened so they must have been coming in from the drains. Not good ! I couldn’t fill the kettle with water because you couldn’t get the kettle under the bathroom tap to fill . ??? Hello! I got the ironing board out but there wasn’t any iron . I couldn’t go to the office to get an iron because the office is never opened & the house maids had left . It is really a terrible way to run a tourist motel. The fake that you can’t get hold of anyone to help you because no one replies to the many phone calls that I made on the night I arrived & the room 8 door wouldn’t open . I tried many times over & over again. The person in room 7 came out to help me & she tried the door many times & also called for help . Get your act together, please !

Cheap motel in narooma
The Tree is a cheap motel, not in great condition but ok to spend a night if on a budget. Bed was comfortable and a few little niceties like coffee machine provided. The coded door entry can be annoying but we eventually got in. It is a 17-20 minutes walk to restaurants and pub
