Quiet hours start at 10pm. Guests should move their gatherings indoors at this time. Anyone outside smoking or coming to and from an Uber car need to keep their voices down.
Please park your first 2 cars behind the house off the back alley. Additional cars can be parked on the road in front of the house.

It is just a 5 - 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride to get into the action.

Our guests absolutely love the BIG OPEN spaces of the home. It allows for gatherings where everyone can spread out and enjoy the company. The new kitchen with marble counter-tops has everything you will need to cook a few meals or prepare dinner and drinks for friends. The 10 beds are all memory foam mattresses. The 3 full baths allow everyone to get ready for those Nashville adventures. Head out back and enjoy the lovely weather while grilling on the back patio, or sit on the front porch swing and take in the Nashville air. **NO BLOW UP MATTRESSES** This house has 8 very comfortable memory foam beds and 2 sleeper sofas. These beds are very comfy and provide a great nights sleep.

**3 Full Baths** We have 3 full bathrooms with 3 full showers. The master shower is a fantastic walk-in tile shower. These 3 full showers are great for gatherings where many people are trying to get ready at once.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out is 10am (Starting Jan 2022).
