Pleasantly surprised and would stay at Placemakr
Overall I had my pros about my stay than cons. I liked how clean and accessible the place was. Spacious and allowed the guests to relax. The only con I have about this place is the placement of the electrical switches. Felt like it was placed on the wrong side of a wall. For example going to the bathroom the switches were behind the door and very inconvenient when going to the bathroom at night or just turning off and on switches. I will say the walls are thin so you can hear the footsteps of the tenants upstairs but other than that great place and location and most definitely will be checking out more Placemakr locations.

We stayed here with another couple for a weekend trip. The location was decent, but was about a 20 minute walk down to Broadway. The area right around the hotel is nice, and very close to a few bars on Music Row. The room was excellent for 2 couples. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath but both bathrooms were ensuites which was a big bonus. The rooms were sparse with furniture and could use a dresser to unpack your clothes in, but at least there is a very big walk in closet. The mattress has seen better days with a hump down the middle. Overall though, it was clean and quiet, decently priced with a good location. I would stay again.

I was attacked and robbed right in front of the hotel lobby on my first night. There was no security at the time of the incident and I was told no camera footage. The hotel staff did not treat me well after the incident and seemed to avoid me. Some staff was rude and condescending. It was a horrible experience and in hindsight, I should have left after the first night.

Great choice for stay. Double room with full balcony . Peaceful, great amenities, friendly staff. Very comfortable 10-35 minute walk to see the whole downtown .

So much potential
For the price, expectations were not met. The additional amenities (dish washer with soap, stove with pots and pans, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice & water dispenser and washer and dryer with soap and fabric sheets) were absolutely worth the price. However, the missed expectation was the oversized bathroom with single sink and shower/tub setup. A soaker tub or a jetted tub with a separate shower and double sinks would have put this property over the top. The bathroom was a letdown. Logging in for all tv services was a pain. I feel the concept for this property has so much potential but the bathroom falls flat.
