Needs improvement.

It’s more than time to replace the shower curtains. The one in our bathroom was so ripped it was hanging off the rods. It was dirty and not pleasant. We avoided the shower. The beds also had random black hairs in both of them. Felt as if it hadn’t fully been cleaned and made us feel a bit gross. We were also woken up before check out by housekeeping. If you don’t offer late check out, please let guests sleep until their allotted time. Our TV did not work. But your staff is exceptional! Front desk staff at both day and night were incredibly kind and warm. I liked that we got cocktail vouchers upon arrival and I liked the free parking. The check in process was a breeze. The room was big and had all amenities we needed.

I rarely review my stays at any hotel unless something stands out. However, this place was excellent. The staff at the front desk were so sweet, friendly, and accommodating. I truly regret not getting their names to tell their managers how wonderful they were. The hotel had that added touch with a great smell. And the beds were incredibly comfortable. I definitely recommend the place.

Would recommend that Hotel. Clean room, very good mattress. Enjoyed the included drinks and snacks late afternoon and the wonderful breakfast, out of the ordinary. Nice lady at the desk also. Wonderful stay, 2 nights.

Good location, (not too far from Grand Old Opry & Downtown) Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Did not get to do the happy hour... :-(

Great place

Room was nice, beds comfy, everything seemed updated and in good working order. Breakfast was good and plentiful, they even do happy hour with 2 free drinks!! Close to Opryland/mills. Close enough to city. I would definitely stay here again!

The price is great and the staff is very friendly. The Club is a wonderful hotel conveniently located. We love the free breakfast and the free cocktails in the evening. We have stayed here several times and it has always been a pleasant stay.

The hotel was okay and I would have rated it much higher and let a few things go…. Like the bug that was in the bathroom, the hair I had to clean up in the bathroom upon arrival, the tv not working properly a few times, the food and coffee that was sub par…. But then, the last night we were there, me and my husband went out to Broadway. We got back to the hotel late, sure, and we had had some drinks… but we had been in the room no more than 20 minutes when the front desk clerk came BANGING on our door and yelling at us that she would call the cops because of a noise complaint. We didn’t even have a tv on, no music, and were talking to each other in normal voices, in our room. The level at which she berated us was so uncalled for. We will never be back nor would we recommend it.
