As a retired disabled veteran, I appreciated the staff honored my request for a ground floor room. From check-in to check out the staff was courteous and helpful. The kitchen crew did a good job keeping things organized, refreshed and clean. Availability of parking was a real downer ...... the lots were full/overcrowded. Would have appreciated more than 4 handicaped parking spaces. And the $8 charge for parking lot security should have been included in the price of the room .... I did appreciate that parking lot security was there and active. There were no lamps on the nightstands beside the bed ..... I like to read in bed and would have appreciated NOT having to get out of bed to turn off the lights. Not sure why there were no bedside lamps!! I chose your hotel because of price and location near my relative's home ...... I'll probably stay here again ..... but not sure I'll give strong reviews to others who ask. Respectfully Dan

I spent a quiet and comfortable night alone. I remember the clean hotel facilities and the friendly staff at the front desk. The room and bathroom with bathtub were the best. It will probably satisfy your heart.

Rooms are always in great shape. Bathroom was big really set up for handicap people. A great selection as far as breakfast biscuits and gravy sausage eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal use coffee, yogurt, muffins rolls I mean, you really couldn’t ask for more. Well lit up parking lot a fantastic place to stay.

Great newer hotel just outside of town. My first time in TN so the hotel was closer to Nashville than I expected, in a good way. Fuel station right next door for ease of getting back on the road. Perfect.

Had my key ready before I even arrived and I only booked 2 hours prior, great service and cleanliness, only critique was that I had a few lady bugs in my room, but I’m pretty sure they’re good luck

Overall a very good experience. Only down side was our first night of stay there was a good amount of hallway noise and noise from the floor above…. Walking and door closing loudly. Second night was good as far as nose. No other complaints!! I would stay again, just maybe ask for a higher floor so no one was above us.
