Literally nothing Free here except a bottle water on our bed side. I felt there should have been an open coffee bar/juice counter for our convenience somewhere to have throughout the day. Availability to obtaining ice would have been nice. However, Absolutely a beautiful place to stay and the entire staff was extremely the best; they are what will bring be back here.

We had a great overnight stay at the Conrad. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have a great pool, nice sized rooms (ours even had a balcony) and great room service (24/7). We would definitely stay again.

The porters at the property were very hospitable. The bartenders and pool service were welcoming as well. Upon arrival I requested a better view but the staff was unable to grant that request…probably through reasons they couldn’t control. The gym was very clean and the pool/area was scenic. My only gripe was that there was no airport shuttle service which I would assume a hotel this upscale would have.

Luxuriousness overload!

When I booked this room, I had hoped that it would be nice but the word "nice" doesn't begin to describe it! Upon opening the door to our room was like stepping into another dimension of extreme luxury! The Conrad thought of everything: large waterfall shower encased in beautiful marble/glass, massive soaking tub, luxurious bedding complete with real goose down pillows, floor to ceiling windows that showcased the Nashville skyline, a Nespresso machine, and so much more! The valet service was amazing also. The hotel also sent someone each morning and evening to see if you needed anything! We are at the "Thistle & Rye" restaurant (inside the hotel) and it was amazing also! We have zero complaints and wanted for nothing while staying at the Conrad!
