Waiting upwards of 10 minutes for an elevator. Walked down from the 9th floor twice after waiting. Luke warm shower at 8 am on a Sunday. If you want to use the pool make sure its not closed for a private event

Too few elevators

Great Location! Poor design choices were made when choosing the number of elevators to install in this hotel. It is not UNCOMMON to wait 30 min for an elevator to arrive

Couldn't get room cleaned when we asked for it to be cleaned. Night manager would not cut his break short to assist us. It wasn't an urgent issue. He said it "wasn't like the hotel was on fire". He says that would be urgent

Easy to access if driving but check where to park before you arrive as valet is expensive. City suite booked view of the strip, clean, bed was comfy, nice coffee maker. Had a nice meal in steak restaurant. Good base for Nashville.

We arrived at the hotel, and they tell us we couldn’t valet cause they were full !! Told us to drive a block away and pay $35 for a garage! I was so mad! Never had experienced a hotel that required you to book your valet prior to checkin! The guy would not budge! Someone from the 1 hotel next offered us valet and were very kind. I wanted to stay at the 1 but there price was ridiculous for one night. So we decided to stay at this one. as a frequent traveler, I will not be staying here again. Room was clean though. I just think the customer service needs some tweaking

We usually stay at Embassy Suites for many reasons but this in particular stay was above and beyond. The valet Bradley was a great help with our vehicle, luggage, and in the know about all things in Nashville. So...thank you Bradley!
