The gentleman that carried our bags up to our room was so friendly, he was a great start to the trip. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of broadway and lots of attractions. We felt very safe and the room was spacious and clean. the only downfall was the wait for elevators!

I would not recomend using this hotel not worth the price you pay. They closed the pool amd didnt bother to mention it until after paying for the room. Refusing to refund money. Beds are hard as a rock. Sofa bed broken. They dont clean your room at any point of your stay. Overall the worst hotel in the area

Showed up to check in at 5:45p and our room wasn’t available. After the front desk said they could upgrade us the room had a queen size bed for my husband and I. (He’s 6’7 so that didn’t work). After waiting 45 mins for a room they stuck us in a room with the worst view possible. The HVAC for the hotel was at our window (literally). I will never recommend staying here to anyone. Worst service.

Elevators were nearly impossible to get at times. 5 banks and seemed only two were operating. Waited almost and hour to retrieve my car from the valley service. Had to ask twice about the status. Restaurant is excellent, all other amenities are top notch.
