Location for our event was perfect. Remodeling was good but most half a_ _. Our TV the remote didn’t work, no cable could not connect to the internet. I left something from our previous visit and the manager said he would put it in a bag with our name and then no one could find it when we arrived. Desk people were courteous and fun.

The room smelled a bit like cigarettes, and it got stronger as the night went on. There was a cigarette burn in the top sheet, too. The staff was welcoming and professional. The bedframes looked new.

This used to be a very clean facility. It was dirty and rooms smelled like cigarettes. Trash around the hotel was over flowing stunk.we were given one bath towel for 4 guests. Very disappointed since we have stayed here for years.

Absolutely in the bottom 5 of hotel experiences in my long life. Ratty, thin towels in the bathroom, only one bath towel for two people. Only three pillows on the bed, and they were as supportive as a pancake. No toilet paper dispenser. Grate missing from bathroom fan. Nowhere to sit in the room. Tiny TV. Stuff broken and inoperative all over the property. Totally sketchy neighborhood. Do yourself a favor, stay anywhere else.

To many people being loud and running around after hours. Car alarm going off for 10 minutes. Resterants are close and so is everything near the Opry Mills Mall. Will not stay there again. Will stay near the airport next time. Check in staff was very helpful.
