The staff in this well-worn, long-used hotel are friendly when spoken to. Otherwise they are distant. It's a busy place, and they keep to their own. It's a fine choice if you need to be close to Vanderbilt and you are parking a car.

I'm glad Hampton Inn had a pool whereas Lowes did not, however, the pool furniture could have been updated as most of them were broken.

Property is WAY overdue for an update. I have stayed at several properties in this area and this property has to most rundown and poorly run! Definitely not worth the money. Book at of the MANY other hotels around here that are clean and updated.

Pleasant Stay
While the staff was extremely pleasant and the room clean, our room was not ready on time. Wasn’t ready until 3:40. Busy weekend I understand but I’m a stickler for punctuality and my schedule. The late room had a minor negative affect on trip.
