Hilton suites bailed us and many others out after the ice storm in Nashville. We are still without power and the hotel could not be more accommodating, kind, and helpful. If this is the level of service they give when they are shortstaffed, I can’t imagine how wonderful it is during a normal stay.

They charge for everything additional for everything, toilet flushed slow, bathtub didn't drain properly so bathtub would flood while showering. My checkout time through hotels.com was 12pm but they came banging on our door atb11am saying we needed to check out

The hotel staff was very kind, from the front desk, to the restaurant and the executive room for breakfast. Chris in the executive room was very sweet. Also our waiter at the restaurant Friday evening went the extra mile to serve us well. The room was cleaned every day and very comfortable.I would definitely stay here again.
