Just a few blocks from Lower Broadway, very convenient and walkable. Parking garage at the hotel (valet mandatory, just an FYI). Very polite staff. Wonderful experience.

It is advertised as hilton/convention centre ,its 2 blocks away from convention center. There was hotels closer that would of suited my situation. Name should be changed .

Property was descent. Nice bar and pool. Room key kept deactivating, which meant we were not able to get into some entrances and had to walk all the way around. Inconvenient to say the least when you are unable to get into the room you paid for multiple times during 4 night stay! Front desk staff at 1am was rude because we interrupted her eating at the desk asking for new key to get into room. Will definitely stay at a different hotel next time we go to Nashville.

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Staff were always friendly and willing to help, the property was spotless and so beautiful. There is a small restaurant that mainly serves chicken but across the street is a BBQ restaurant that is delicious. Breakfast is either buffet style or you can order something off the menu for $19/person. Breakfast was delicious and many options were available, full bar inside the hotel as well. Hotel is a very easy walk to downtown broadway. The pool is a great asset and the lounge chairs are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer on site as well that takes $2.00 in quarters each. Fitness room is packed with machines including a Peloton. Rooms are very spacious, we had a basic room and had more than enough space to move freely. Parking garage is attached to the hotel, valet. Overall, we had a great stay and will return next year.

Everything was excellent. Location, room, service .. I will note you can hear emergency sirens all night on the weekends, from the side of the hotel we stayed on. However, I would absolutely stay again, the location was perfect, the pool looked great, the gym was very clean and we were happy with our room.
