Check in and check out was easy and Yvette at the front desk was great. Only mild complaint is that breakfast was always the same. Sausage every day (which were good) but no bacon, scrambled eggs or potatoes. Also, no cut up fruit.

The staff were great. The room was comical. We were put in a handicap room where the floor was mounded in places by a foot or more. Because of that, the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door on one side was a good two inches (you could put a hand underneath it). We would hear everything in the hallway. And we paid full price for the room (not like we had some deal). It was super weird. Great location but I cannot believe how much we paid to stay in that crazy room.

Good sized room. Buffet breakfast was good. 10 minute walk to downtown Broadway, Country Music Museum, Ryman Museum and wide variety of restaurants. About 15 minute walk to Johnny Cash Museum. 4pm to 7pm live music in the lobby and some food.

Good location to be away from lower Broadway noise but still walkable. Charged $55/nt parking after paying a $79 parking fee to Hotels.com. Room had no sitting area but lots of room for one. Water damage in bathroom. Stains on carpet. Ac worked well. Older property needs updating.

We stayed 3 nights, not only did they not service our room but they didn’t even give us fresh towels. We didn’t have the do not disturb sign on and we asked the front desk to have our room serviced 3 times in the 2nd day before it was finally done at 7 pm. I can understand not changing sheets for your guests staying multiple nights etc but emptying trash and replacing towels is expected!

The shower tub was not draining. In response to our request to fix it, the front desk sent three (3!) plumbers, neither of whom could fix the issue. I am glad we only stayed there for two nights--it would have been impossible for us to stay longer without draining shower, paying nearly $400/night! The front desk manager promised a partial refund, but I am yet to receive it.
