Just a one night quick stay.. the room was stale smelling and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Dusty and mildew smell. The stool didn't flush either, it would just run. Unfortunately we came in late and had to leave early so I didn't share this with the staff. The $300 per night cost is way to costly for what they offer. Overall it served a purpose.

This property is walkable to all the honkie tonks on Broadway unless you have any kind of medical condition. It's a little bit hilly which was unexpected. If you're going to park there it's only valet. And even ubering or getting a taxi it's really tight at the entrance. There is parking down the street behind the hotel. It's a little cheaper than using the valet. The staff was very friendly. They had a little dining area which had water and tea and some munchies every evening. They had live music on the weekend in the evenings. Large area for breakfast; the food was just okay. We were there with a group of 15. It was very reasonable & convenient to get together.

Decent place
Decent hotel. Could use some updating. We reserved a king room and ended up with 2 doubles. Also our shower had no cold water. It was scolding hot. Location was great though!

The front staff was excellent. Although, This hotel needs some major repairs. Floors very bad. Water pressure terrible. Breakfast was marginal. No place to place luggage and used the iron board for that. Room service never came. Had to asked and got clean towels once. Two nights the water pipes made nots of noise. Ran out of toilet paper. The only redeeming fact was 4 blocks from tourist area.
