Room was great, bed very comfortable. Our deadbolt had an issue but staff fixed it quickly. Disappointed that the pool was closed as weather was so hot, but didn’t affect our trip. Very close to Broadway (5 min walk) but not so close that the noise was a problem (not at all!). Will stay there again!

My friends and I stayed in rooms 302 and 304 for two nights. When we got to our rooms both had dirty standing water in the tubs. The maintenance person came up to fix it. We had to leave before he finished because we had reservations for a show. We got back around 10:30pm and i went to take a shower. The shower was dirty, the shower curtain and the nonslip mat were nasty. The bath mat to put by the shower when you get out was dirty. I took my shower and within about 4 minutes the water was up to my ankles because it still wasn't draining. The rug in the room looked like it had cigarette burns in it. I was so disappointed. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and they are usually clean and well maintained. The day front desk people were great and the maintenance man was very sweet, but the tubs must have needed more than what was done. One super bright spot was the valet, Jake! He was awesome and took great care of my car. I will have to say the evening desk people were not very friendly. They didn't seem to want to be bothered. The breakfast and the people who work in that area were friendly and helpful. Just so disappointed overall.

Very upsetting that I called to get a cot in the room two days before my stay. It was confirmed and representative told me it was confirmed. Got there and found out not cots in Hotel. Asked for a room that could accommodate three in a room. Nothing. Could not help me. Guest slept on floor. Terrible experience. Would like a refund.

We booked with you based on location, the pool and bar. The location was great and the valets were so courteous. The pool is needing cleaning and repair so less than ideal. The " bar" was a mini fridge off the lobby with 3 crappy drink options. When you advertise a bar and music, the expectation is an actual bar. We enjoyed the musicians and would have stayed and spent more had you provided an actual bar. There's ample space and a great atmosphere but this was a huge disappointment. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

What is with all of the damn construction and the angle grinder alllllllll night. I mean, there was like 3 hours of sleep time that didn’t have construction but from like 3 am on it was all jackhammering and grinding construction noise.
