First off, the hotel charge was about $25 more than I booked for on hotels.com. Not a big deal but just feel like it’s kinda sneaky or misleading. The stay wasn’t bad, average is best described. The room wasn’t very clean tho, the carpet was sticky around the bed like maybe a drink had been spilled. Noticeable areas in the bathroom and around the vanity that were just wiped over, so the evident effort was very minimal. Crumbs still in the sheets so i doubt they were changed. When I rent a king suite, at very least I expect not to have to sleep in my clothes I wore in just to feel a little more cleanliness comfort. The breakfast seemed like it could be ok, but we were deterred from the other guests children running rampant and fingering all the food. Maybe some rules by the hotel to be enforced for unaccompanied children. I’ll just say I would have blistered my kids hindends if they acted that way and they know better. Not the hotels problem but I feel like the staff should speak up when it’s that rowdy and chaotic.

This is a retro feel standing because it doesn’t seem to have had a facelift or update since it was built early 80’s is my guess. Staff were lovely. Breakfast is super basic and the same every day of my week long stay. Convenient location to outer Nashville suburbs and downtown is a quick Uber ride away.
