We stayed 5 nites and had to ask repeatedly to get our room cleaned. Hotel is badly understaffed and the desk clerks are working 16 hr shifts several days/week.

The check in was late, I had to wait 30 minutes. I was there for 4 days and not even once the room was cleaned or the towels got changed. I had to ask for garbage bags. The breakfast was poor, I have stayed in other Hyatt Places and the difference was big.

Enjoyed our stay. Looked around area for safety and quiet spot. Over 12 cars windows smashed over night on a Friday so that was a bummer and happens often around there, even being a "nicer" area. Disappointing that the hotel doesn't put up cameras and seems to have removed ones they had. Can detour the extra trouble, no direct liability. Being secluded up on a hill of the interstate you'd benefit from that prevention wise.

The location was perfect, rooms are roomy, the one thing that was a negative was wall are paper thin you could hear everything that was going on inside and outside the room, but other then that everything else was greay.

Do not stay - break-ins!!
We came to Nashville area for a college visit. Hotel was ok. Bathroom area was super small. Bed pillows were terrible. On our last night, 16 cars were broken into and 1 other was completely taken. We were blessed that ours was not included in the group of vehicles. The building didn’t have cameras and there wasn’t any security. They either need to update the building to get security cameras or hire security, or both. I had read reviews from the week before stating there were car break-ins but I decided to try it anyways. Now that it’s happened again, I recommend staying somewhere else that has better security. Also had to pay $8 a day for self parking and it isn’t even a lot that we should have to pay for. Especially if it isn’t secure!

Our bed is not the best (king suites) but the hotel is beautiful and we are making due. Kelly, our Front Desk rep, made check in so nice and she was so welcoming after a harrowing experience at La Quinta in Lebanon. We are so grateful to her and to Hyatt for our accomodations, after fleeing Hurricane Milton in FL. TThis is our first time in Nashville and we love it!

Not worth the price.
Honestly this is my third time staying at this location, and don't get me wrong the price is a lot cheaper than staying in Nashville directly, but when they charge for parking in an OPEN AREA and not a parking garage, on top of staying for multiple nights with no room service of cleaning?? Yeah not worth it. They also state they serve so much food but they really don't. It's an overall nice place but not worth it in my opinion. My recommendation don't bother, if you want cheap I'm sure there's other places in the area to go to.
