Extremely average hotel. Cleanliness was average. Fingerprints all over the doors and mirrors, and dust everywhere. Thankfully, the important things appeared to be clean. Check-in unimpressive. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly. Folding sheets, towels out in front of everyone, which is fairly unprofessional. Had to ask for bedding for pullout, which was handed to me unfolded. TV was terrible. You could barely see the picture since either the TV was going bad or the brightness was turned down very low. Tried to fix, but the remote did not work to select the brightness option. Asked front desk and was told maintenance does not work on the weekends, which makes no sense since that is when hotels are busiest. Also had two towels for a room that would accommodate six people. Very mediocre hotel. Location was nice, but definitely do not recommend and will not stay again when back in the area.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and good. The beds were comfortable. It was close to a lot of dining options. The only problem that we had was that our room keys had to be replaced a couple times because they quit working. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Everything was great just had an issue with our room's TV. The brightness on the TV was turned down so low that you could barely see the TV. Tried everything on the remote to fix it myself and nothing worked. Staff offered to switch us to another room, which was great but that TV kept loosing signal every few minutes
