Very Nice apartment and good location
We’ve stayed in Nashville before and this was definitely the nicest (and best priced) place we’ve stayed. We chose this location because it’s close to the Gulch and downtown. Driving to our destinations and parking during our stay was never an issue. Parking did get a little expensive downtrend but you’re saying for convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place / location
Great writing vibe for my one week stay. Close to Broadway and Germantown micro breweries. Communication with host was excellent and the place was very clean as I am a neat freak. Don’t miss out on the basement speak easy the bartender is a gem and they have excellent service. Pool worked perfect for my needs relaxing and cooling off. I’ll be back our host was amazing!!!! The pictures do not do this property justice! It is so beautiful inside. I was alone at my stay and I felt safe. Instructions given to me were clear and easy to follow. I needed an early check in due to finishing my orientation early and I was allowed to check in early. Genevieve checked in with me once I arrived to make sure I settled in, and quickly got back with me about any questions I had. Thank you for allowing me to stay! Everything was perfect! I 1000% recommend and would stay again!

Loved this property! We brought air mattresses for kids and worked out great! Condo has everything you need, laundry supplies, stocked kitchen and bathroom. Cutest little pool ever! The gym in the basement was awesome, quiet and has everything! Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. About 15 min drive to downtown. Check in was straight forward and seamless. Thanks for making our kids first trip to Nashville great!

Nashville Hideaway
Easy to get to and a great place to stay. The condo was clean and decorated super cute. We felt very at home and safe. Lots of families in the building. Privacy access and a speakeasy downstairs that we found out about. Super fun. Will stay again if we are ever in Nashville. Great communication, check-in/check-out was super easy and all directions provided were on point. Our stay was great and we are truly grateful for the opportunity.

The 1865 building itself is just cool, and the condo very comfortable with all we needed. Just minutes from downtown and everything we wanted to see. Communication with the host was fantastic- she checked in on me and responded quickly when I had a questions. And her recommendations for restaurants were wonderful! Highly recommend this one!

Perfect for a Nashville Stay
This property was perfect for our five day trip to Nashville. Everything was exceptionally clean and we felt very safe the entire time including entry and exit from the building. (This was important bc we read reviews of other properties where this wasn’t the case!) The location was really perfect for going downtown to the strip, the Gulch, Titan Stadium, and just a short drive from Vanderbilt avoiding traffic, so really great location. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed with everything we needed. The host was very proactive in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed, all questions answered, and even gave some really great suggestions for things to do and places to try which was super helpful. We would definitely return to this property.
