Beautiful property! Extremely clean, very friendly staff. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, had a washer and dryer, very nice layout, so much more space than a normal hotel room. Only a couple of blocks from Broadway, felt very safe walking to and from.

Property is in a good location for walking to Broadway but our room had blinds missing meaning no privacy and the TV had no tv or cable channels. They also charged our card pre arrival rather than paying at property as per our reservation. As a consequence the wrong card was charged.

I loved how secure it was! Having a keyless entry code was great! Being a block off of Broadway right down the street from Lainey Wilson’s bar! Was perfect. The staff! They were so incredibly amazing! The rooms! Same price as a hotel! But so much more beautiful! A full kitchen helps as well, yeah tho can hear some music! But you’re in Nashville it’s to be expected! If we ever head back to Nashville we will definitely stay here again!

Just a block from Broadway so it's close but not too close. We didn't have a car but really didn't need one. The tour trolly stop is a short walk away. Everything for food, drinks, museums etc is a short walk. There is a dollar general express around the corner but no other shopping close by.

We overall loved our stay here in Nashville. Our only recommendation was to have beds updated A double bed is small for 2 adults and the bed is uneven. Otherwise wonderful

The property was located within walking distance to Broadway. We had a 2 bedroom Sky Deluxe apartment. When we selected the apartment it was to have 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom with an attached bath and one with a bath located next to the other bedroom. What we received was a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom attached and the other bedroom had a queen bed but the room was a lot smaller comparably and the bathroom was crossed the hall. The balcony was also small. We were able to see another room on the same floor that had equal size bedrooms and bathrooms. Since there were two couples we wanted to have equal size rooms. We were told to contact the manager regarding the issue but when I sent a message I never heard anything. Also the parking garage is not made for a larger SUV. It is hard to maneuver in and out of the garage.
