The staff said, because I booked through Expedia, I don't get the VIP benefits. Disappointing. I see photos online of beautiful views, but I have a view of a parking garage. I assume it's also because I booked on Expedia. Would not recommend.

The worst check-in experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, domestic or international. I called to ask for a good place to park since there is none offered, and she kept saying you can park to park anywhere. I understand that, but when I asked again for her recommendation since we were there around midnight, she said, and kept saying, we don’t have parking so wherever you want to pay for it. We found a parking garage and the elevator took us to the lobby of the hotel…I was so mad. Then when we walk in, she said, you’re all checked in, you can go to your room. WHERE IS IT?! I know my room number but no the elevator is around the corner and you’re on the 14th floor! This makes me mad just typing the experience out. WiFi was so slow it wouldn’t stream Netflix when I logged in. Water pressure was non existent in the kitchen but decent in the shower. Will not stay here again. I do not recommend.
