The hotel room was quite nice, very clean and well-furnished. However, the water pressure was extremely poor, making for a freezing shower. Also, one hidden cost is the $50/day parking fee, which should be included in the description.

This is not a VIP hotel. There were no VIP benefits given even when asked about them we were disregarded by the front desk staff saying it was not an option. The rooms could have been cleaned better as well. There is usually a lengthy wait for elevators

It was a great location, we could walk down Broadway and to many restaurants easily. The room was very clean. It felt more like condo living and not hotel living. When I made the reservation on Expedia, I thought it was a regular hotel. It seems as if it’s individually owned units.

The staff said, because I booked through Expedia, I don't get the VIP benefits. Disappointing. I see photos online of beautiful views, but I have a view of a parking garage. I assume it's also because I booked on Expedia. Would not recommend.
