Check in was easy enough, there is not enough detail about accessing the lobby via parking garage. The Parking Rates are terrible. $156 for three days. The unit was not as spacious and bright as advertised. Especially for the cost. The washer made grinding noises. The refrigerator made constant ticking noises (we are appliance people and know the difference between abnormal and normal noises) The coffee table had a thick layer of dust and hair on the shelf below. The hot water for the shower was constantly dropping out. We definitely won't be utilizing this property again.

Clean and comfy bed with all amenities for Australians travelling for a month. Location is 1 block from all that Nashville has to offer. Check in on parking prior to arrival to get access to a close by parking area (for a fee). Only downside was no couch in lounge in our unit, apart from that an enjoyable 3 night stay.

Worst place I’ve stayed in Nashville, TN

Been to Nashville many times and was disappointed with this establishment. Staff was not engaged and thus the stay started out on the wrong foot. Parking fee was ridiculous and third party. If you are on a budget and fly in, no car, this might work for you. The location is great, but the property is tired and the staff is MIA!

My boyfriend and I came to Nashville for The Weeknd concert and I’m glad we chose Placemakr for our stay. The staff at Placemakr was so friendly and made sure our stay was a great one. We definitely loved our stay here and loved how close we were to broadway. We highly recommend Placemakr for your Nashville trip!

The property was great! Clean and tidy! My only complaint was the front desk personnel. Very, very slow. Huge lined formed while waiting on one person. We had a question and just decided to come back later because the man helping guests was in slow motion.
