The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Our city-view room was fantastic. The residents of Placemakr are very friendly to us out-of-towners. It’s only a block south of Broadway so we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Uber’d to the Gulch and Marathon Village, and those are very quick rides. Love riding the elevator with the resident dogs too, but it made me miss my fur baby. Second time staying here and won’t stay anywhere else in Nashville!

A delight to have reasonably priced homey space in a sea of top dollar claustrophobic bedrooms. It likely would have been appreciated more if not for staying only a single night and physically being able to occupy the room for a very limited time. There seemed to be zero flexibility for early check in for our room... there was a possibility but after several attempts to secure earlier access it was clear 4 pm would be it.... however they make sure you are out of there at exactly 11 am on the dot or there are additional fees... I get giving up concerierge, perks, and certain amenities for the space at the price but the access time for my single night was meager at best and the flexibility to provide other options was non existent. I would absolutely try the hotel again but for 2+ nights. I would call the room luxuryish. Clean. I expected my sky view to be city side not the river but it was still beautiful. It wasn't clear when booking what side the room would be on. Loved being up high on floor 29. I'm not sure why they choose a queen bed when a king would fit but it was comfortable. There were only 3 pillows provided and they were an odd size maybe 3/4s of a standard. No extra pillows in our room. Very poor lighting in the bed room. 2 side lamps maybe 60w equivalent output each and that was it. TV was good with most streaming services. Klipsch tabletop Bluetooth speaker was nice premium to have in music city. Everything was comfortable. Great alternative.

Good Location

Room was spacious. Full kitchen if you need it. All was good. Window treatments were terrible. We had cheap mini blinds. The strings were extremely tangled, they let in a lot of light even when closed. Staff was fine. Gym was nice. One of the machines left my hands with small cuts all over from the handles on the pull down. Nice gym, but use gloves or you may suffer for a couple of days.

I did not realize that they wouldn’t be doing any bed turn down or any bed laundry or anything like that I didn’t realize the hotel wouldn’t have any water complementary in the huge fridge that they supply didn’t realize that the icemaker wouldn’t work I mean it was OK but not worth the cost of what it was

Nice balcony view, great location to Broadway and Bridgestone arena. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Walkable. Not necessarily as pictured much more USED. Dirty rugs not a great bed; our backs were sore, husband had to sleep on the couch…quiet room to room but sirens and street noise. The beds may change from room to room I’m not sure. Would I stay again….it was good but not as nice as the pictures.
