This hotel is a gem! Easy, flat walk to Broadway. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the river and downtown. The bed was comfy and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided as well as coffee, tea, small dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand towel. Washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again!!

Our group of 41 adults stayed at SoBro Placemakr. While the location and rooms were nice, the experience was overshadowed by inconsistent early check-in policies and poor front desk conduct. I confirmed in advance that early check-in would cost $50 if available and shared that with our group. Upon arrival, some guests were charged while others were allowed to check in for free. When I politely asked for clarification, the front desk clerk was confrontational, told me to “back away from the desk,” and said free early check-in was based on “discretion” and my “approach.” Other guests were told early check-in was free due to “good energy,” or that staff “allows people up whenever they feel like it.” This arbitrary, dismissive behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. We enjoyed the rooms, but we will not return. Nashville has many better options with consistent policies and respectful service.

View from city view room was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location was fabulous. A 10 min walk to Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame or the Broadway bars. Too cold to use outdoor pool or room balcony but both were excellent facilities. Would definitely book again for any Nashville stay.

The balcony view and full glass windows in the living room/kitchen area was great! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The room was spotless, bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The location and unit size are a ten. Sadly, the service that we received from the front desk manager, Alicia was disheartening. We had 39 people booked at this hotel for a gathering in town. As we checked in, some folks were selected for free early check-in while others were charged 50.00 dollars. When Alicia was asked why, she was rude and told me to get away from the desk. Alicia stated that people get free check in and it’s decided by “your approach.” As my other friends checked in one was told, “you have good energy so you’ll be free.” Later, Alicia denied all of this but later saw my friend who she allowed to check in early-“hey, you got me in trouble.” I am writing a letter to the management next. This person actually appeared happy to be so spiteful to customers. We are not an overly picky group, and although we enjoyed our stay after check-in, we will not be returning.

It was a lovely stay but the issue I have is the parking. Everyday day it was $54. Wish they had a discount on how many days you stay there. But overall it was amazing. Will be back when ever I visit again

We enjoyed the very big and modern apartment like feel of the rooms. The location is amazing if you plan to hang out on Broadway. It is a short walk yet you aren't too close to the action where you hear the music all night. For breakfast, there is a wonderful diner on the corner or Pancack Pantry is 1 block away, or just cook in your full kitchen. Wonderful stay.
