Yeah, I mean it was a nice room. I did not realize that they wouldn’t be doing any bed turn down or any bed laundry or anything like that I didn’t realize the hotel wouldn’t have any water complementary in the huge fridge that they supply didn’t realize that the icemaker wouldn’t work I mean it was OK but not worth the cost of what it was

Nice balcony view, great location to Broadway and Bridgestone arena. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Walkable. Not necessarily as pictured much more USED. Dirty rugs not a great bed; our backs were sore, husband had to sleep on the couch…quiet room to room but sirens and street noise. The beds may change from room to room I’m not sure. Would I stay again….it was good but not as nice as the pictures.

We don’t often stay overnight in downtown Nashville, so I take full responsibility for not being completely familiar with the parking situation. The site mentioned overnight parking for $50, but I must have parked in the wrong garage, as I ended up paying $100. While that’s on me, I do feel the communication from the front desk could have been more helpful. It was difficult to locate the front entrance for check-in, and when I finally found it and asked the three women at the front desk about parking, I was simply told, “anywhere with a blue P.” That vague response contributed to the confusion. I was also informed that it was too early to check in—which I expected—but the interaction felt dismissive, as if we were more of a bother than a guest. The room itself was fine for a one-night stay—clean and cozy. However, it was advertised as having a queen bed, and it was clearly a full. Fortunately, the pull-out couch made up for that. The bedroom lacked an overhead light, which made things a bit inconvenient at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, our experience was okay, but the primary reason for the rating is the unwelcoming attitude from the front desk staff. A little more clarity and warmth would have made a big difference.

Room was nice and clean. bathroom in a good location. Queen size bed not great. TV watching was good. walked to bars and heard great music. Hockey rink could be seem from our room and was a three minute walk. Great restaurant downstairs with live music on the weekend. Live music within two minutes walking distance. Quiet room. Highly recommended none hotel experience. I wish the bed was a king. 15 minutes to airport on a Saturday

Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot to stay for a Nashville vacation. Loved the rooftop hot tub. Walkable to almost everything (take a scooter if you want to go to a different neighbourhood father away, so fun!). Oshane at the front desk was awesome (give the man a raise!).

Loved staying here. Room was perfect. These rooms do get a lot of sun..so good thing I brought my blinders to sleep in the A.M when the sun came out. Hotel was quiet. Front desk is helpful. There is a Dollar General Store right around the corner. WiFi was spotty. But overall I LOVED staying here and will stay again! Also, having a kitchen and living room was a PLUS!

Convenient location to both the convention center and Broadway street. Nice room layout with kitchenette and washer/dryer, but maintenance and housekeeping needs improvement. The bed sheet and duvet had dirt marks and yellow stains upon checking in (had to ask for replacements), floor at the entrance had black dirt streaks, and sofa seat cushion was largely stained. The washer makes a loud noise when in spin cycle and the front cover was loosely attched (the maintenance person said it is louder than normal but told us it was still ok to use). The gym was nice and spacious. Didn't use the pool but there were pool tables available next to the pool. Parking is available next to the hotel but rather expensive. No VIP benefits offered.
