The stay was unpleaseant. We stayed for 5 nights the staff needed prompting to clean. The rooms were not well equipped and had poor odor. The bathroom shower had water overflooded resulting water to be constantly dry. The breafast service were not good as well. The bonfire in the back was out of service for the longest time. The overall stay was dreadful, we hope they improve for future guests. The stay didnt meet expectations especially after paying so much money.

Good place with excellent pool but no hot tub. They are very busy and slower service (need to keep asking for room towels) and everything on site for food/drinks very expensive.

Positives - Phenomenal location, nice property and good size rooms. Plenty of good food options nearby. Negatives - Our ocean view room did not have a good view as it was the cornermost room. Food order at poolside bar was super slow. Took 1.5 hours for 3 entrees. Restaurant in the hotel is expensive.

Love the facility and the staff. Everyone was great. I believe the young man’s name was Demetre. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help out. We needed an additional set of towels. Even though house keeping had closed, he went searching for towels and made sure we were taken care of. The folks opening the doors always greeted us with a smile. They were very helpful, giving dining, transportation, and shopping suggestions.

Rooms are NOT big, quite tiny. Staff were happy, but lacks of action. We needed to remind two times for almost everything, also the consistency in room tidy up was below standard
