Room very noisy when balcony door open but quiet when closed. The noise was from some machinery or AC, also constant sound of beeping noise from vehicles backing up. Dining options very limited even with 45 restaurants as most were extremely expensive. Stix restaurant food was very poor. Starbucks was super busy and took over an hour to get our order which was then wrong anyway. Loved the pool areas during the week. Friday and Saturday were very busy and very hard to find chairs are pools. Too many kids in the hot tubs jumping in and out.

I was there in May for my wife's birthday and my watch was picked up by the pool staff and never turned in. The security staff took a report however no follow up occurred. My wife wanted to go back for a second time, so I made that her Christmas gift and while there inquired about the last incident to no avail was security helpful. I guess I will have to get over it however, we had a great time again! Considering introducing the resort to my colleagues for a group trip in the upcoming year. I am still feeling the pain for the lost watch which by the way was a gift from my daughter who passed this July...
