The staff was very helpful. Property was clean and comfortable bed. They should at least put few bottle water in the refrigerator for person checking in. After a long flight and check in your room and not even a bottle water in the fridge it's ridiculous.

The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Priya made our check in process smooth and easy. The view from the room was beautiful both night and morning (got to watch the Royal Caribbean dock their cruise at 6:30am). The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Would definitely be staying again and would recommend to everyone.

I stayed overnight and was happy with my stay. You can tell it was a dated hotel, however, it still is a relatively safe place downtown that is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nassau, an IHG Hotel, and had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, the weather was extremely hot, and I was looking forward to using the pool. However, upon arrival, I found that the pool was closed. Despite this, they still charged the resort fee without providing the promised amenities. To make matters worse, they did not inform me about the pool closure when I made my booking and received the communication from the hotel. This lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
