The property was clean and location was perfect. The only issue we encountered was not being able to get personnel from the front desk to answer the phone, it took multiple calling times.

Great family friendly resort within walking distance of some great Restaurants. We enjoyed the beach area, pool area and the less busy 4th floor adults only pool/hot tub space. Overall it's a great place to visit, Oceanview rooms with a balcony are amazing.

I booked under my impression that it was an all inclusive but is NOT an all inclusive. If you booked through a third party like expedia, they have nothing to offer you and they seemed like they didn’t care. I tried asking for the manager on duty and never came. Room service were slow. Other than that, good food, peaceful, clean, comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities for kids. When cruises arrive, beaches are packed.

Family of 6 stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. 2 people had to sleep on the pull out in living area. Room was very spacious so were able to give the pair in the pull out privacy. The outside deck was HUGE and wrapped around. Great views. Enjoyed watching cruise ships coming and going. The resort and room were very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and historical sights. Beach was also right outside the hotel with lots of chairs and calm water.

I loved everything about this resort. I stayed ok the One Particular Harbor side & It gave a very relaxed vacation vibe. Staff were very helpful and made sure my stay went well. My only thing is everything at the resort is card only. But other than that great stay!

The overall property was nice but our entire room always smelled like wet carpet when we walked in. We had to open to sliding doors all day to let air in. The whole floor smelled a bit like this so we didn’t bother to as for a change. Other than everything was great.
