お風呂はきれいですごく良かったが、せっかく男湯と女湯の入れ替えがあるのだから、雰囲気の違ったお風呂の設計にして欲しかった。場所が入れ違っただけで、全く同じ作りの浴場でもったいない

食事がとても美味しかったです。 売店の品揃えがいまいちでした。 枕が高くて寝にくかったです。 スタッフは笑顔で話しやすい雰囲気でした。 お風呂は綺麗で景色も良く、利用しやすい時間帯に開けて下さっています。 コロナ対策もしっかり取って下さっていますので、安心できました。

スタッフの方々が親切でお料理が美味しい
広い和室タイプの部屋にしたので、足を伸ばして座れ大変くつろげました。スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切で気持ちの良い対応をして下さりました。お料理もお味が良く大変満足しました。 部屋からの景色が良かった分、窓の中央部分の目立つ箇所の内側が汚れているところがあったので、その点が少し残念でした。
