ok hotel on the beach
This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations.

Ótimo hotel. Já fiquei em muitos hotéis em Natal e esse foi o melhor, sem dúvida. Confortável, moderno, uma estrutura de resort, espreguiçadeiras, piscina muito grande com bar e outras para crianças, apoio de praia com guarda sol e cadeiras, salão de jogos, tudo muito confortável. É possível caminhar até feira de artesanato de ponta negra e restaurantes tranquilamente 10min. Com certeza vamos voltar.

Pontos positivos: limpeza, localização, atendimento e conforto Pontos negativos: falta segurança principalmente na área tá piscina que é interligado com a praia, pois no domingo um adolescente entrou de uma maneira muito fácil pra oferecer sua arte ( mas bom poderia ser alguém pra fazer o mal)e a noite principalmente é muito esquisito.

Precisa de melhorias
Hotel velho e precisando renovar para corresponder o valor da diária. Lençóis amarelados, toalha finas e velhas, travesseiros antigos. Colcha cinza chumbo com a impressão que não lavam porque não é cheirosa. Cama quebrada e nada confortável. Papel higiênico grosso parecendo papel de mão pois o suporte é o mesmo. Atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Todos muito simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom e com variedade. Localização muito boa para quem vai para congressos no centro de convenções de natal, embora seja uma ladeira significativa para subir.
