The nation's capital, Washington, is situated 2,700 kilometres to the east of Naturita.

Spend a relaxing afternoon at San Miguel River Canyon. It sits just 35 kilometres out of Naturita. Breathe in the clean air and take a few moments to clear your mind.

Skiers will enjoy staying in Naturita, as it provides access to Telluride Ski Resort and Purgatory Resort. Just remember to bring your thermals! These winter wonderlands can get icy indeed.

"Family trip taken and this place was a great place to return to and relax. The hosts were very responsive and checkin, checkout was very easy. Any questions I had or issues, they were quickly answered or resolved. We stayed in a cabin, now we are interested in the airstream for next time."
