Everything was amazing. Rooms are extra rooming. Only 2 minor things that could’ve made our stay 100% No iron or ironing board. The Printer in business center wasn’t working. Low ink cartridge. Other than that. Place and location are great!

Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff. The only issue was that we reserved a family suite that could sleep 6 people but the hotel details did not clearly communicate that the rooms would be adjacent and separated. The impression the booking gave us was inaccurate and seemed somewhat of an unfortunate inconvenience considering we all wanted to be together since it looked like it was one big suite initially. Would have been nice to know this info in advance! Other than that, everything else was fine. I would stay here again :)

There is no cable TV so it is not possible to watch US programs. They used to have this but have stopped it. Very disappointing.

We loved our stay here at AR218 and would stay here again the next time we come back to CDMX. Great location - able to walk to many places and of course, uber if needed. So many gems nearby. All staff (housekeepers, security guards and owners were quick to help - special thanks to Paula for the check-out help)! Everyone was very friendly and kind during our stay. Room was nicely modern and clean, but not so much soundproof, as we were able to hear through hallway/door (was not that much of a problem though). Definitely appreciated the easy check-in and smart codes for the room door. Felt very safe! *Note that our Smart TV allowed for AirPlay only - would love to be able to use apps (like Youtube) on it. Other than that, still an amazing time and stay here. Enjoy the rooftop area if you have some down time - very clean and nicely renovated! Gracias por todo! :) Hasta pronto!

The room was very modern and large. The location was amazing and safe. They have a Starbucks on site which is pretty convenient . We stayed downstairs across from the gym and were warned when.we.checked in that we may hear a loud noise when cars come in. Sure enough, we heard the noise once or twice during our two night stay. Was annoying but nothing too crazy Just wish they would mentio. When booking the room. I will definitely come back when im in Mexico City.
