Our stay was good. The first night staff member that we encountered was somewhat rude. But the following morning and the next day the staff members were nice and helpful. Our driver that picked us up from the airport was nice, friendly and gave us plenty of information about the area.

Location worked for us. Everything about the hotel was mediocre. Rooms, staff, cleanliness etc was average at best. Carpet was stained in multiple spots. Couch was stained in multiple spots. Beds are hard. If you are looking for budget friendly it’s fine. If you want a nice hotel I’d recommend to keep looking.

I had a terrible experience just getting into this hotel, I was with my mom for visiting the DC area to show her around and we stayed here three nights. The first night we were checking in a little late after hour flight around 9pm and immediately felt off smell just going inside the hotel. We talked to the front desk and guessed it was probably coming from the adjoining dining area that has kitchen right there with all the cooking smells going around the lobby. We got keys to the fourth floor, we immediately smelled the old carpet that was smelly too. Had issues with the keys, the key slots looked pretty worn out too, the door wouldn’t open and went back to reprogram the keys. We quickly left our luggage and went for dinner, only got back around 11.30 so went to bed immediately. The room was chilly, wanted to increase the heat and the heat was not working. It was almost midnight so we did not want loos more hour of sleep, decided to tell them about heat not working in the morning. We slept through the ac throwing cold air all night. In the morning, I was really pissed because of the ac, still we thought to have at least a relaxing breakfast with coffee first too cool off a little before talking to hotel staff. We had reserved it through Expedia with option of paid breakfast which they said is not included.had to call Expedia to call them to resolve the issue. They would not care for their customer to resolve issues. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don’t stay here full stop

I wanted to say thank you to Jason for helping accommodate me and my 2 children and dog due to our flight being severely delayed. We were able to still check in at 6 am the day of check out and he extended our check out to give us some extra time to rest!!! The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff were incredibly kind and helpful!! Thank you so much for making a chaotic morning turn into a restful refreshing morning!!!
