1st Floor (outside): Covered patio with bar height table and 2 rope swing chairs, 6 Adirondack chairs, 2-4 lounge chairs, 2 hammock, mister and outdoor shower with HOT water

1st Floor (garage): 1 Fishing Kayak, 2 Fun Kayaks, 1-2 paddleboard, paddles, 3 bikes, 3 fishing poles, beach toys for kids, Darts, Bocce Ball, Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, various games/toys and 75” TV! (You MUST rinse everything off before putting away...leave garage in same condition you found it)

2nd Floor (inside) : Fully Stocked Kitchen with New SS Appliances, Dining Table which seats 6 (plus 2 more at kitchen bar), Leather Dual Reclining Sectional which seats 7 comfortably and a HUGE 75” Flat Screen TV with Playstation 4 (2 controllers/games). This floor also has the Washer/Dryer as well as 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath with Double Bed.

2nd Floor (outside): Bar height table with 6 chairs, 2-person swing, and Green Egg for BBQing or Smoking (Bring your own Charcoal and please clean it out after use).

3rd Floor: Master Suite (King Bed) with Mini-Split, private a balcony and 2 chairs to watch the sunset as Huge Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath has ample counter space with vanity area as well as a walk in shower with 2 Shower Heads and Jets...just like a spa! The 3rd Bedroom is also on this floor with a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and private bath. Dehumidifier in hallway.

The home sleeps 7 in beds and the sectional with recliners is very comfortable if there is a 8th person or snorer in the family...haha. Therefore, MAXIMUM OF 8 TOTAL STAYING AND VISITING. No Exceptions.

Some additional features/perks: Whole House Mesh Wifi/Internet (fastest offered), High Definition TVs w/Roku, Bluetooth Speakers, Sony Playstation 4 (Blu-Ray Player) and PlayStation 3 with controllers/games and a Printer/Paper for those who bring their work with them, like us ;-)

Feels Just Like Home
This is our 2nd time at Semi -Retired. It was really like coming home. The memories that are made here are absolutely priceless. I am so serious when I say...'you want for nothing!' We could not have asked for a better place! The calm waters of the private sound beach were perfect and when we wanted to visit the beach, it was a fun short golf cart ride away. Beds comfortable, everything fully stocked. The hosts communicated throughout and have really thought of everything you may need, so grateful they decided to share their home!

One of the best places
My family and I have been vacationing in Navarre for well over a decade with 20+ stays in many different properties not counting our friends who go. This house and its owners are by far one of the best, we highly recommend them. The house has pretty much everything you can think of you would need for a vacation and then some. Forget a cooler no problem, forget a beach chair they have many. Fishing poles, toys, baby gates, floats, kayaks, paddle boards, many indoor and outdoor games. The house is very family friendly with top of the line amenities The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to any questions that came up during our stay. The sound access was perfect for us as we could just walk out the door and be at the water. Much calmer for children and great for just relaxing. We look forward to returning.

Absolutely Amazing
This is our second time staying at semi retired. The first time we stayed, we were impressed and loved our visit. We felt like Mark and Sissy had thought of everything. It was to our surprise , our second stay was even better as they added even more things to do! We have rented a lot of vacation homes and have never come across a home that provides so much for the renters. Mark and Sissy truly want you to enjoy your stay. They provide you with so much entertainment that you do not even have to leave to find something to do! The house is very clean, well decorated and provides awesome views! Love all the fun seating areas outside. The owners are easy to access and are so kind! I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Perfect family vacation
This home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Having all the amenities was a big bonus. The layout was great for our family of 6. The only thing I wish this house had was a bathroom (sink and toilet)on the bottom level. We loved the private dock out back. It was a great place to fish and watch the sunset and dolphins play. I highly recommend this home to anyone.

Piece of Paradise
The property exceeded my expectations-absolutely beautiful inside and out. The view from the living room/kitchen and bedroom is stunning. Owners were always quick to respond. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave-and why would you want to? Place has everything to enjoy the home inside and out. We took advantage of the kayaks and ping pong table in the garage. Kids loved the boogie boards and beach toys. Traveled with my husband and four young kids. The baby gates were helpful to keep my toddler off the stairs. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Magical
Our vacation was amazing. We stayed 5 nights and only didn’t see dolphins one day. A few times they popped up where we had just been swimming. Sound side was more beautiful than i imagined. It was really nice for our young kids. One day even though the flags were yellow the water was even too rough for us adults so we went back to the sound. Kayaks and paddle board were soo much fun. We didn’t even have time to try everything they have available to use in the garage. Our kids went fishing for the first time here and our fished us all. Wonderful home and wonderful hosts. They helped us with everything we needed and even moved some hurdles for us. We will be back!

Best Beach house Yet!
We loved it. Very clean. Stocked with everything you need. We didn’t need to bring anything but clothes. Nice new pier. Garage with TV and every beach game you can think of. We were sad to leave. Will stay again.

A great beach stay
Loved the new dock, all set up for fishing or just lounging. We thought there would be no way to pry the fishermen in our group off the dock. Turns out a thunderstorm with intense lightning got them off expeditiously! Overall, we had a great time in the water, on the dock, and in the house itself. The house is well stocked, and there are lots of extras to make the stay special.

Family beach trip 2023
The property itself, the location, and the organization alone were amazing! This was a graduation celebration trip for graduating with my doctorate and thanking our parents for all they do for us throughout the year. Fantastic place!

So much to do at the house!
We had an amazing week staying at Semi-retired beach house! The kids and teens didn’t even want to go to the gulf side to swim because they loved the private beach in the backyard. And when we did go to the gulf side it was an easy walk to get there. The new private fishing pier in the back was their favorite place to hang out. It rained one day while we were there but they still had plenty to do in the garage (ping pong, darts, etc). The house was beautiful. We do a beach vacation every year and this was my favorite house that we’ve stayed at. Everything you could possibly need to relax or play is included.

Great Beach Vacation
The house and location are great. We love the backyard beach. The pier was a nice addition this year (this is our 2nd time staying in this house, 4th time to Navarre Beach in past 6 years). The water is fairly shallow even at the end of the pier, so the kids spent some time jumping from the end of it into the water. We saw dolphins almost every day. There was an osprey flying around, too. A group of pelicans would fly low across the water every few days. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is 20 or 30 minutes away. House is well upgraded and appointed. Cactus Flower is a good CaliMex restaurant. You can walk to the Gulf side in less than 10 minutes. The Navarre Beach Pier is a 5 minute car ride away ($1 fee to walk to the end of it). We saw a nice sunset at the end of the pier one day. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect, stop looking and book it.
This is the perfect beach house! Directly on a private beach with beautiful sand and a new pier. The house it immaculate and everything works. The owner, Mark, made everything easy and was very responsive. I absolutely recommend this house and we will be back for sure!

Spring Break 2023
We loved our stay at Mark and Sissy’s place! This was our second year in a row for spring break. Mark and Sissy go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable.
