It’s within easy reach of Kastraki, Mikri Vigla, and Plaka beaches, as well as the lively cafés, restaurants, taverns, and nightlife, yet far enough from the crowds to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The villa is spread across three floors, with five bedrooms arranged into four independent units, providing ample space and privacy. The units communicate each other through a covered staircase.

A washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning units are also provided throughout the property.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and dining, with two large verandas, each fitted with pergolas for shade. The ground-floor veranda has a spacious dining table for 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals with panoramic sea views, while the first-floor veranda offers a cozy setting for four guests.
