The Villa, entirely built and furnished in 2017 in a very quiet area of Negombo, consists of a garden, a large veranda, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
Furnished with care, it is equipped with all necessary amenities (clean linen for bed and bath, shower, equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with international channels, Wi-Fi and parking), The house is located near public transport (bus and train), 100 meters from the sea, 1.5 km from Negombo and Kochchikade, 10 km from the airport
