This property is also just four miles from the Sand Valley Golf Resort and only 13 miles from the Performing Arts Center of Wisconsin Rapids. Set on one-and-a-half acres, this secluded vacation rental boasts sunny and inviting indoor spaces as well as expansive outdoor spaces - ideal for entertaining!

Inside, make your way into the well-equipped, island kitchen with an array of stainless steel appliances and accessories to make meal prep a joy. Dine together or play board games at the adjacent table, and then get a fire going in the fireplace in the main living area and stream your favorite channels. Downstairs, take advantage of the exciting rec room complete with a wet bar with a mini fridge and sink, a full-size pool table, a dart board, and an additional TV.

When the weather is pleasant, the enclosed backyard offers an outdoor fireplace, an above-ground pool, and a gas grill to help you spice up your home-cooked menu.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting). Please call ahead of time to confirm before your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
